UPDATE 5/25/2015: Helllooo out there. I know you probably all think I'm dead or something, this poor account has been inactive for so terribly long, but I'm still here I swear. Sorry for the long hiatus. Life got in the way. I'm still really busy and I bet my writing style has changed a bit since my last updates, but I'll see what I can do to continue some of these stories okay? I can't promise anything soon, but I can promise you that I'm still alive and still thinking about these fics. Thanks for your interest in these fics.

NEW NOTE 11/28/2011: Hi all… I know I have not updated for a while, but I still have been working on my fanfics behind the scenes specifically my ABRAHAM SAPIEN focused stories so this is a note for anyone interested my HELLBOY stuff.

I have been sorting out my outlines and notes and stuff and have figured out that if/when I finally get everything up on FF[dot]net, I will have around 20 or more separate Abe fics that are a serial/connected. Because of this I have decided to start a rough timeline so my wonderful readers will know approximately when these fics are set. I have very few fixed points in time that I work with, but you’ll get the general idea. These fixed points are:

December 23, 1944: The date HB was brought to the Earthly dimension.

November 1978: The date Abraham Sapien was found by the BPRD (his first mission with HB would be in 1981).

October 2001: The date that the first Hellboy movie occurred in my timeline/Broom’s death (I know the movie was made in 2004 and was originally going to use that date, but I later decided to move it back for reasons you will later learn in my fanfic ‘Lost.’

Those are all the fixed dates I am using at this point in the creation of my little Abe ‘verse and my fanfics just kinda fit in between those slots. Also for my version of the Abe ‘verse I decided to turn the order the movies came out on it’s head, so the second HB movie (Golden Army) happens before the first HB movie. This will be important for later stories, but for the stories that are up right now it doesn’t really matter… yet. Originally I started creating these fics before the second movie came out, but I really liked the elves and other creatures of the second movie. They inspired a few of my fics that are not up yet so I had to put the Golden Army in my timeline too. Also I really, really like Nuala’s character and, even though I didn't do it in a fanfic (yet), I will tell you that in my ‘verse Nuala survives her brother’s death thanks to the interference of a couple of BPRD OC’s of mine you have not met yet. Nuala and Abe had to break off their dating when Nuala becomes the heir to the elven thrown then Queen. She and Abe are still very good friends (and share a special bond/love for each other) even though he had to help kill her brother. At the end of my altered version of the second movie Nuada’s spear also chooses Abe as it’s next wheilder which will probably again be important in a fic/chapters that are not quite up yet.

Now I will update this general timeline of where all my fanfics go as they become new stories on FF[dot] net. For now the timeline is:

(OLD NOTE) IMPORTANT!!! I'm still an active author but everything is on hiatus for a bit.

Explanation: Hi everyone. You might have noticed I haven't updated in a while. That was mostly for college reasons - tests, trying to get internships, etc. I was so excited when spring break was coming up because I could actually work on my stories. Unfortunately right before spring break I lost the jump/portable drive I had all my recent fanfic notes/chapters from about the last 6 months on, which is bad. Really bad. Yes I haven't updated in a while, but I'm still always working on various stories and in loosing that jump drive I lost probably over 100 pages of notes and chapters. I was even getting ready to launch a new set of fanfics (there would have been seven in the series total) but all that has been lost. I have none of that information backed up anywhere else. I've looked everywhere possible for that jump drive. I was even willing to go dumpster diving for it but the trash had already been taken out darn it! Anyway I am currently trying my best to rewrite my notes from memory so I probably won't be updating for a bit. All I can say is that I hope all writers will learn from my mistake and BACK EVERYTHING UP. I know in the future I will be :P Thank you for reading this little blurb. Okay, considering the note above I decided I would also take a moment to update (March 2011) my profile and so here's a bit about me:

First of all, I did not draw the picture I have up as my avatar even though I am an avid drawer. I just found it while surfing the net and liked it so I decided to use it. Yes it is different from my last avatar (a fox drinking coffee) but I absolutely LUV Abraham Sapien from Hellboy and this reminded me of him in a female sort of way so it won out.

So I am a poor college student who is studying Journalism and Anthropology with a minor in Animal Ecology focusing on Science Communication and Archaeology. So far travel wise I have made it to Japan in high school and have spent semester abroad in England where I also managed to visit Paris and Greece. I loooove to travel. After college I hope to spend some more time in Japan teaching English there through something like the Jet Program. I also hope to go on a few Archaeological digs though I'm not quite sure where yet. I'm leaning towards trying to get into one of the cave excavations in France. And just so you know Indiana Jones I am not ;P

I'm into the fine arts (mostly ceramics but I also do drawing, painting, calligraphy, glass bead making, etc...). Currently I have also got into making stone tools AKA flint napping. It is a lot of fun, but also frustrating at times. My teacher jokingly says the start of flint napping was the beginning of cussing. Some days I really believe him.

I also enjoy being as active as I possibly can during the school year with all the homework and classes I have (I usually take 18 credits or more so finding free time is a little hard). I like dancing such as ballet, swimming, skiing, teakwondo, etc. I am also a firm believer that everyone, no matter their gender, should learn the basics of protecting oneself. Ten second lesson just remember knees. Knees are really good and easy to kick out. An attacker with a bum knee can't chase you very well.

Oh, and on to a happier note I love animals - dogs, cats, horses, hedgehogs... You name it I probably like it... except spiders... and cockroaches... okay, lets just say bugs in general are not my thing.

I also love to write (imagine that :P). It is part of what led me to Journalism in the first place. I really do think my fiction writing helps my serious writing too and vice versa. I have many fanfictions planned for the future in both genres I already are writing in, for Abraham (Hellboy) I have many planned :), and ones that I have not written in yet but have ideas for like Inu Yasha (Sesshomaru fanfics), Dark Angel, Storm Hawks, and many others. The loosing of the flash drive has put a bit of a kink in my plans but I am still writing, I'm just taking a bit of time to pillage my mind for any lost notes I can remember.

Now when I'm not doing everything else I do I also love to read. Normal books I read are mostly scifi and fantasy. Favorite series include The Dresden Files (the books are sooo much better then the TV series), and Something from the Nightside.

I am also an anime lover though recently I haven't had time for it. Some of the shows I like include Trigun, Kenshin, Blue Seed, Slayers, Saiyuki, D.N. Angel, bandit King Jing, Lupin the 3rd, Case Closed (preferably with Kaitou Kid), Harlock, Captain Tylor, well you get the picture. I also like manga even though I can't remember the last time I picked one up this year... or last year for that matter. I have more than i wish to count.

TV stuff I like (excluding anime) includes Doctor Who (David Tennett ROCKS!!) , Firefly, Buffy (not my fault...one of my friends got me hooked), House, Castle, Lie to Me, Being Human and many others...

With music I like almost everything EXCEPT American rap... I'm just going to leave it at that.

Well that's about me in a nutshell. I'm a newish writer at fanfiction.net. Only a couple years old so I'm still learning some basics. Why I'm here is partially the fault of a Creative Writing class I took while in London (2009) and partially because I just had too many ideas floating around in my head not to try writing down a few. I hope the people reading my fanfics are not too disappointed with my work and I cannot thank people enough for reviewing my stories. Thank you so much!
