Veduil'er (Greetings to everyone)

After more than 5 years after signing up on FanFiction.net I have finally decided to write something on my profile. It won't be much, just a bit about me, my stories and what things I am likely to write in the future.

About me:

I am a New Zealander (Kiwi) who have been living in Australia for the last 5 years. I would very much love to go back to New Zealand as I miss the lifestyle, my friends, and most of all the scenery. It is also where the love of Lord of the Rings and Middle Earth all began. However I have recently found a fantastic job working with Birds of Prey so for the next years at least I will just have to learn to love Australia which will be easy as its a great country with its own amazing and unique scenery.

As I have said above I work with birds of prey and love all types of animals. I have worked with a wide range of animals from Kiwis (the bird) and Koalas, to Camels and Horses. I have traveled to several areas of the world, including Africa, North America, Europe and Asia, and some of my inspiration for my stories come from my travels to these places. My hobbies include exploring new areas, archery and of course writing.

My stories:

It have taken me a long time to start writing and at school I never liked it. My spelling is terrible and my grammar almost as bad. I have found, however, that with time and practice it is getting easier. So I apologise in advance for any mistake that may be found within my stories.

None of my stories will contain slash or even romance as I don't like these types of stories. Most will contain friendship and family, and might have some hurt/comfort within them, but it won't be the main focus of the story.

I will try to keep to cannon whenever possible as Tolkien created so much wonderful history for Middle Earth. However some of my stories may slightly alter Tolkien's stories. I also have based some of my ideas and characters on some great stories I have read on this site. These included the works of Oleanne and daw the minstrel.

Future stories:

I have several ideas which I hope to some day turn into proper stories. I may, however, take a while for me to do so. I do promise that I will not begin to post a story unless I have already finished writing it or at least have a proper ending all set out.

Through most of my stories will be based on Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, I might once in a while try my hand at writing another fandom, including hopefully re-writing my very first story based on Hogan's Heroes, which I admit is very poorly written (It doesn't even have any dialogue!)

Finally, I thank you for reading my stories. If you have a moment to write a review that would be great, but if you don't that's fine, I just hope that you enjoyed reading my stories.
