Author has written 2 stories for Teen Titans.

Hello to one and all,

To sum this giant part up for those of you who are new to my profile, or are currently reading one of my stories, and thought on uncovering a bit more of the author behind these works and projects; well here I am.

Now, you are probably asking; “why would anyone call themselves . . . The Mighty One?” In truth, I do not believe myself to be all too powerful, in much of anything, but I do know how to be a helpful friend when others turn away, I bring smiles when there are rainy days, I bring laughter when there is only silence, and I stay true to my word. When I first created this name for the account, the only thing I could focus on, was of my dog.

Perhaps you're coming here, could also be from some tiny speck of interest, or for no real reason at all. It could be, that you just happen to be clicking on random profiles late at night or in the daytime, then you started going into the profiles of other people's profiles that they had friend-ed, and somehow . . . you ended up on my lengthy introduction, on who I am for all the world to see. Well, whatever the reason, you are here and for that alone I thank you for stopping on by. ;-)

What got me started into this whole big spiral of enjoyment in writing on this site? Let me explain. To sum it all up, Falcon (my Original Character from my first story on FanFiction, being INNER DEMONS) was heavily on my brain. Not only that, but Teen Titan's was coming to a close on Cartoon Network, for re-showing of all five seasons, to make room for new shows.

Essentially, Falcon is a new character for a possible Teen Titans sixth season, following the movie Trouble In Tokyo; that could have been if only I were on the writing staff, or, if I were a comic book creator, to pitch my views for the DC Universe. Alas, that never happened but still, my imagination is near endless and FanFiction allowed me to try something . . . well close to that goal I suppose.

So long as I am bringing people happiness and joy through my craft of storytelling, then I guess I am on the right track.

Of course it goes without question, that even before I uploaded anything to this site, I read The Wild Man’s Journey from TheForceIsStrongWithThisOne, and it kind of spurned my interests to give this thing a shot. I wanted to write something of my own. Then Scififanfreak222, NovusOrdoSeclorum, xSaffire55x, RavenxIsxAxBlackxRose and countless other fans and creative writers bumped into me through their works, and well . . . I guess you could say that without any of them, (and you guys that are reading this) then I would not be the author that I am of today.

So, if you wanted to offer any support and thanks, please thank them and check out their works. They are in the box, at the bottom of this page, of my favorite authors. ;-)

*Place of Origin:

America. That should suffice I think.

*Stick-shift/Manual OR Automatic Transmission:

I can drive an automatic, and manual shift vehicles both. The car I first learned how to drive on was an automatic, but I really wanted to learn the basics of a stick shift. (I did buck a number of times, before I got the concept of it though, everyone does.) I feel that I can cross that one off my bucket list.

*Favorite Motto’s:

~"You are only lost, if you give up on yourself." (Hans-Ulrich Rudel) He was a most famous World War II German Stuka Dive Bomber pilot. He was the most decorated pilot of this war, where The Eagle of the East was his nickname, and Rudel was a commander of his own squadron. This is actually my all-time favorite quote, and when the chips are down, at times when I have wanted to toss in the towel and walk away from my writing, I just think to this phrase and I am instantly recharged to get my mind back in the game. The guy lost a leg in the war, and he still kept on flying.

~“I will not beg but simply state the obvious fact. Life is hard, and some of the greatest things worth having, are obtained through a tough journey, where a person learns more about themselves in the process.” (T.M.O.) I came up with this, when I found myself in the lowest places during life, and it does motivate me. So do all the fans that like my stories.

~"You thought we could be decent men, in an indecent time! Well, we were wrong. The real world is cruel, and the only justice in a cruel world, is chance. Unbiased, unprejudiced . . . fair.” (Two-Face) from Batman The Dark Knight. Harvey Dent is awesome, and he will always be my favorite arch villain, to Gotham's greatest hero.

*Sport Teams:

-Boston Red Sox. (Baseball) Rock on Tim Wakefield! The Great Number 8, Carl Yastrzemski will always be my favorite though. With #49 the superb Knuckleballer now retired, Dustin Pedrioa is my new idol. He may be small, be he sure can swing that bat!

-Chicago Cubs. (Baseball) Although they did battle the Boston Red Sox, for the World Series a long, long time ago, and Boston won. Still, these two are the oldest teams in the sport.

-Boston Bruins. (Hockey)

-Hartford Whalers. (Hockey) They disbanded to South Carolina countless years ago to become the Hurricanes, after leaving the Nutmeg State. They are back now, but they are a double A team, kind of like a minor league group for baseball, and it doesn't carry a big fan-base.

-Green Bay Packers, Atlanta Falcons, and Baltimore Ravens. (American Football)

(~) TEEN TITANS SEASON 6 POSSIBLE REVIVAL! JUNE OF 2018 NEWS! NOT CLICK BAIT! SPREAD THE WORD!!!! (~)

Here's a little something that I think you fellow Teen Titans old school fans might want to pay close attention to. The Teen Titans Season 6 revival has a good chance to come into fruition (IF and only IF) . . . . "Teen Titans Go! To The Movies" is a huge hit. This flick is coming out in theaters in America on Friday July 27th 2018. *deep sigh*

While the cast and crew for years has been saying: "Season 6 will come out." (the following convention) "Sorry guys. it won't come back" . . . (another year, somebody with the inside scoop posts stuff on social media) "GUYS it will come back! We're serious this time!" . . . (another year later.) "Nope, season six won't be made . . ."

And thus the vicious cycle continued on and on, where what we did get when it was told to be returning, when we heard it was coming back, was nothing anybody had asked for. Apparently Cartoon Network did? *facepalms.*

At least I still have the collection of the entire original series on DVD. I get it, animation and cartoons are super expensive to create and to produce, but that reason alone is a terribly lazy excuse for the quality to be so poor and downgraded. Even the bumper clips during the commercials appeared to be something refreshing and exciting compared to what we did get.

This went on for so very long, it aggravated a number of old-school fans to the point that a most people just up and walked away from the hype. (Honestly, can you blame them?) For many, we felt like we were stabbed in the back with a knife. People inside the industry may have a scoop on certain details, but ultimately, it boils down to which company currently owns the rights to the product?

To put it bluntly, I am completely fine with how the series came to a close back in 2006. While feeling bitter-sweet, it was a series that had a GREAT run, and it brought me and countless fans so much joy. I am sick and tired of being given the run-around, either it will or it wont come back. It gets really, really old. Pulling at the heart-strings is something that aggravates me to no end, and it is like the famous old telling, The Boy Who Cried Wolf. Spoiler alert, that classic story does NOT have a happy ending.

IF (hear me out) IF you as the group or people in charge of a beloved franchise, manage to tease and royally piss off the fans enough, and throughout the years thinking the devoted fans can do nothing to stop you, guess what . . . the quiet fans and people who care about the series do fight back. Think I'm joking? Just look at the push-back from Star Wars fans against the evil corporate Disney Empire and Lucas Film, that is going on right now. The fans for this franchise are divided like never before, compare this to Marvel's Cinematic Universe, (also owned by Disney) but run by vastly different people that actually CARE ABOUT THE PRODUCT, AND THE FANS!

I don't think Terra Strong would troll on anybody this time around, after everything that has happened. It might just push things over the edge, and people will probably boycott anything of hers in the future. A part of me thinks, it is a marketing strategy.

So, to sum this up, Terra Strong: the voice actress of Raven (my favorite character) and even Grieg Cipes (the voice actor of Beast Boy) these two have been going on and off about this for years trying to build hype, where Khary Payton (voice actor of Cyborg) said that the series was truly done and over with. (REMEMBER FOLKS! They are just the actors, but in the end it boils down to the networks that air the shows and who own the property rights.) The corporations and board members dictate what gets made, and apparently Warner Brothers is testing the waters to see how fans react.

Through everything, it does seem that there are possible rumblings happening again and if "Teen Titans Go! To The Movies" manages to pull in enough audiences members around the world, the revitalization of a season 6 will be put into production! {:-O

Now I am going to be brutally honest here, I myself am NOT a fan by any means whatsoever, of the newer incarnation on Cartoon Network, being Teen Titans Go *shivers with discomfort* BUT! . . . . hear me out . . . if this movie succeeds, by all the fans pulling for the original series to come back, then after these arduously long twelve years of a hiatus, since 2006 till now being 2018, of what we were left with on the episode "Things Change and the movie "Trouble In Tokyo" it is possible that through enough support, it can finally be brought back to life!

My guess is that the sixth season will be about Robin becoming Nightwing, and Raven finally hitting it off with Beast Boy; or so a humble guy like me can only hope for. It seems like my own return, and bringing my story up to speed after revamping it, that my own hiatus may have been aligned with a higher power and the stars perhaps?

This is it, our final chance where all of the support and encouragement from us old-school fans of the original saga, (as well as you younger fans who don't know much about the original series . . . man, do I feel old!) we can all can bring it back, to get a conclusion we have been hoping for.

It was through the fans that brought back the series of Futurama on the Fox Network back in the early 2000's after being cancelled, it was through the fans to bring back Kim Possible on Nickelodeon, while it was through the fans that we managed to bring Star Wars back from the prequels . . . which does have its countless controversies to be fair, but the fans are what keeps any series going, and we the fans are what determines what we want to see next. Deadpool wasn't even slated to be made, but after people saw that first concept trailer, the internet got Marvel Fans everywhere buzzing with excitement, and we wanted to see this become a reality.

Heck, I'm a Red Sox and Chicago Cubs baseball fan, talk about a truly loyal fanbase to two of baseball's classic teams that had the worst droughts in sports history. (Also the greatest underdog stories to come back and win it all!) It's the underdog spirit I have in me, where I did not quit on this telling back when I could have thrown in the towel. It is always through the fans, that keeps any dream and hope alive.

Personally, I would like to see what can happen. I will be brutally honest here as I have always been through life, if it does not happen, I do not have a problem if the series of Teen Titans is truly done with. It had a good run, sometimes things are better left alone, why mess with perfection? However, if Warner Brothers and the networks smells money to be made, that if enough support and encouragement is given, then it can be brought back and I would be happy for that too. I hear through the grapevine that a new DC channel is being green lit, and a live action adaptation for Teen Titans is also slated to be shown. Give the fans what we want, and we will gladly give truckloads of money and support, right? It all boils down to us fans.

Obi-Wan to Luke Skywalker: "You must do what you feel is right of course."

*Fun Facts About Me:

~~I love to write. (Huh?) Well, this is a writing website that you are on, and I find great pleasure and relaxing elements in getting to create something from my imagination, from any series that I greatly enjoy. I mean, perhaps you looking on my profile, is because you heard from the grapevine, from somebody . . . somewhere . . . to see what this is about. {;-) I also greatly enjoy getting to read.

~~I am a certified S.C.U.B.A. Diver, and I have gone to all sorts of cool excursions and trips around the world! This is actually what the Astronauts have to go through for their training too, because you are essentially weightless in a very strange environment, and if you are not careful, you could seriously harm yourself. No Joke. But, apart from the dangers and risks involved, there is nothing more amazing, than being submerged under water with the marine wild life, to go on ship-wreck dives, and even getting to do some Eco-System Coral Farming, to help restore the wildlife that is deteriorating at an alarming rate. If the coral dies out, so does most of the fish, and that's not good. (NO WAY? That's Neat!) I was certified when I was really young, and I got my license with my father. Then after I grew and got a lot older, I was re-certified through my uncle and I go on trips when I can to all sorts of places. I go to deeper levels, and it is really breathtaking! It is crazy to think that the little blue planet we call Earth is made up of 70% water, and we humans have only explored but a tiny fraction of the deepest depths of the oceans around us.

~~To go into some even more fun details about me S.C.U.B.A. Diving, I have even gone on Shark Dives, without being in a cage. (THAT'S INSANE! You mean that you were actually in the water with them swimming around you!?) X-D Yeah, there were dozens of reef sharks, sand sharks and nurse sharks all swimming about. It is their backyard after all, I am just visiting. They think of you the underwater Diver, like a strange fish, where for the most part they tend to go after the surfers and boogie boarders because they mistake them for seals. The most dangerous element was getting into the water, as you tend to splash and the sharks are drawn to thrashing and moment, and the safety stops you have to make. Waiting for three solid minutes to "off-gas" as the sharks swim closer, and closer to you. Yup. I won't lie, I was terrified, but I had the opportunity to do it and I figured, why not?

~~Skydiving, yup I have done this too. (WHAT! ARE YOU CRAZY? Well, you swim with sharks so yeah you have to be a little bit nuts to jump out of a plane!) Let's just say, that I enjoy living life to make memories, and I am a bit of an adventurous thrill seeker. I wanted to do it ever since I was like six years old, and when I was given the opportunity to jump out of an airplane, I signed up with my cousin, my dad and her father. It was recorded on a go-pro, and it was the most exciting thrill of a lifetime! If I never have the opportunity to go again, at least I did it once in my life.

~~Did I mentioned that I have traveled around the world? Well, I have been to The Bahamas (twice) Mexico (once) Washington DC (twice) up to Canada and Niagara Falls, I have family spread all over, even far up north in British Columbia, and I even traveled to parts of Europe. My heritage is German Hungarian, Italian Lithuanian, aaaaannnd . . . a whole slew of other things. I'm basically a mutt, but I am American.

~~I love the winter, but Fall is my favorite month. (What, why do you like the winter? It's too cold!) Because I get to go skiing which my father taught me, where getting to race down the mountain is awesome. My brother snowboards, and the snow is really a special treat. The unfortunate downside to winter weather, is having to deal with people that should not be driving on the roads. The Summer-Time is great too, as I can go to the beach and swim, and have barbecues whenever I am not working. In the Spring, I get to work in my vegetable garden. The insects and bugs during this time of the year are absolutely terrible, but every season has its ups and downs. {:-P

~~I am also a Civil War Reenactor, and I go to things when I can. (Huh? What is this?) Well, basically, you get dressed up in period clothing, you portray actual historical people in the proper place and time, or simple soldiers and civilians. You go to events on the dates that the battles and critical moments, happened. Sometimes with thousands, and even tens of thousands of reenactors where we march and do battle in the long Napoleon battle-formation lines. The stuff is intense, check on Youtube to see what I mean. I have been all over, from Ceder Creek Virginia, to Antietam Maryland, Gettysburg Pennsylvania, and so on. It's a shame that things are being distorted and erased from history for the youth of the coming generations. Not all southerners were slave holders, some northern states wanted to break away from the Union with the Copperhead movement, and most people were fighting to protect their families, and their comrades in arms. The American Civil War was the bloodiest conflict in this nations' history, and we should never forget what happened, or the sacrifices they gave. Do you think the Japanese of today, forget about the Atomic Bombs being dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki during World War II? No. Lest we forget the bloodshed of the past, and the sacrifices of so many that have come before us, then we are most certainly doomed to repeat those very atrocities in the future.

~~I had an ancestor who fought and died in the trenches on the western front during World War I. While I think most people have relatives who were in some major conflict or another, through-out most of the ripples in history.

~~I work a full-time job pretty much every day of the week. (WHAT? Automation and robots are taking over everything! Why do you work?) Um . . .you do know about the little event in history called The Industrial Revolution, and how things expanded from that point onward? How about The Space Race, with computers and technology of the 1960s, and compare those milestones to where we currently find ourselves now. I make money so I can pay the bills, duh. While I get my breaks at work, typically I read books, because . . . did I forget to mention that I love to read? My co-workers give me these weird and confounded expressions, when they notice me sitting in a corner, and holding a book. I actually enjoy expanding my thinking, and using my imagination. Books are great! :-D

~~Cartoons, Comics, Anime/Manga and Video-games are all fun too. I grew up in the 90's by the way, and there was so much enjoyment in that decade. (What was that, the 90's, whoa! What were the cavemen and dinosaurs like?) Well, compared to today. . . things were a whole lot simpler. The Internet was still expanding from its infancy, not everybody had a G.P.S system, and if you were lost, you had to use a folding piece of paper or booklet called a map. If you needed to contact somebody, not everybody could afford cellphones. Payphones and Landlines were available, where the C.D., Blockbuster Movies, and The Walkman were in. (No I-Pod, and NO TEXTING? oh my!) And if you wanted to watch a show or a program, you could NOT binge watch everything or stream things online. You would have to wait until the series came out on DVD format. Unlike now so it kind of made the anticipation factor build when you had to wait for something, and it forced a person to be patient. Hey, it wasn't all bad, I mean people were freaking out about Y.2.K, the Year 2000 when all computers were supposed to shut down and reset everything back to zero; but Star Wars was still the original three movies of A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return Of The Jedi. People actually talked face to face with one another, now everybody is glued to their electronic devices. The Matrix is very real, we are all in it! *Doh!* If you younger kiddies think that the technology of your era is going to last forever, just you wait for the big culture shock, of the next ten years. Every generation that proceeds the ones before them, they never fully grasp things until they see what they grew up with, has transformed into something totally different.

~~I am a guy by the way.

*Story Trailers For The Mighty One

Huh, what is this you ask? Well, for any series or project that I post onto FanFiction, I figured I would have a corresponding theatrical trailer to go along with some of my work. It can bring enjoyment to others, and possibly spread the word of my craft.

~TEEN TITANS (Season 6) INNER DEMONS Teaser Trailer

~TEEN TITANS (Season 6) INNER DEMONS -Part I- New Beginnings

*Favorite Villains Of Mine:

1.) Agent Smith. From the Matrix Franchise. Come on, he's like the perfect villain all in one. A computer virus, he cannot be stopped or destroyed. Well, there was that one time in the first movie, but the clone copies of himself, that he made in The Matrix Reloaded sequel was pretty damned cool. The ending fight between him an Neo in the final showdown of the third arc, it was nothing less of epic. "Mr. Anderson, welcome back. We've missed you." Ahhh yes, Hugo Weaving.

2.) Deathstroke The Terminator (aka) Slade Wilson. He is The Teen Titan's, The Justice League Of America, and Batman's deadliest adversary. Ron Perlman was cast perfectly, for the Teen Titans show! On the CW show Arrow, the actor they had portray him, was pretty good too, although his back-story here was a tad off-key from the comics. Still a decent adaptation. Where in the Arkham Origins video game for the X-Box 360, and PlayStation 3, he was one of the hardest assassins to face off against. Make no mistake, Slade is a skilled mercenary for hire, and for any target in his sights, they better watch out!

3.) Two-Face (aka) Harvey Dent. Well, he's up there for me. The entire back-story, of how he went from Gotham's White Knight, then to becoming a twisted and maniacal villain, following a horrible accident that scarred the left half of his face, it is just so fascinating and tragic. Aaron Eckhart did Richard Moll proud, he really got that gravelly voice, and coin flipping going as Two-Face. Christopher Nolan’s Batman Trilogy is my favorite version of DC and Warner Brother’s films.

4.) The Joker: Need I say more? Mark Hamill was yes, Luke Skywalker but also the voice over for this guy. The only reason he's down here, well, this is my list so that's why. X-D I hope that at some point, Tim Curry gets to voice him in an animated feature film.

5.) Joe Pesci. Who doesn't like his Italian American bravado, in his great gangster films like Goodfellas; or his simple blundering burglar role in Home Alone? As a comical villain, how can you not chuckle, when you see the guy walk onto the screen? Like the great George Carlin said; "You know who I pray to? Joe Pesci. Two reasons, first of all he's a good actor. Secondly, he looks like a guy who can get things done. He doesn't f*ck around." So true.

6.) Darth Vader. The prequels ruined him forever, what a travesty! So he gets bumped down all the way. If you ONLY consider the original saga of Episode 4 A New Hope, Episode 5 The Empire Strikes Back, and Episode 6 Return Of The Jedi; (and even Rouge One) these were the good Star Wars movies that he's in. Darth Vader was actually going to be at the number one spot, at the top because of these wonderful films, but then I remembered the prequels, and the other versions that George Lucas made, and then the things this once great director (now a truly looney guy) said about him, and the entire back-story he had where, these things made this once awe inspiring, and truly epic of all-time bad-guys, into a not so tragic fallen hero.

In truth, Darth Vader was a powerful contender for baddest villain of all time, but with the prequels, and the later episodes of seven, eight, and nine by Disney, e-yeah . . . it makes him get bumped down to, well, here. He's lucky that he's even on the list. I used to idolize him as a kid, where I still use some of his captivating phrases to this day, but, I will always feel pain in knowing what the prequels twisted Darth Vader's back-story to be.

*Favorite Heroes Of Mine:

1.) Batman (aka) Bruce Wayne. Without this guy, DC comics would not be the same. (The title stands for Detective Comics.) Created by Bill Finger and Bob Kane. If you do not know who Bill Finger is, look him up! It will open your eyes, and give you a much deeper appreciation, for everything about the unspoken creators, who are not fully credited with their work. It also brings to light countless interesting facts, on the real back-story to the mythology of Gotham City, of DC comics as well as this industry as a whole, and on Bruce Wayne (a.k.a) The Dark Knight.

I prefer Batman over Superman because Bruce is from Earth after all, and he's not a space alien that can defy the laws of gravity. He uses his wits about him, to overcome evildoers. My father likes Superman, but I prefer the bat due to his detective skills, and putting the pieces together. Clark Kent has one too many things going for him, making me see him as a superhero, but it kind of looses my interest, because his only weaknesses are Kryptonite or magic.

The Dark Knight's character in the comics is truly believable, it also shows that if you have an unlimited amount of resources and money, you can do just about anything. Batman is able to do remarkable things, he is considered one of the greatest detectives of all time, and he has some really cool gadgets. True, he's a multi-billion dollar playboy that can afford to be a watchful protector. But still, he's the Dark Knight! I think Bruce's back-story, is more dark and fascinating, than a lot of other superheroes.

2.) Raven (aka) Rachel Roth from The Teen Titans. She is one of the greatest heroines in DC comics, she has such a powerful back-story, and she helped to form the Teen Titans in the beginning. From teleportation, to being an Empath, or her ability to toss objects at a whim, and the fact of her powers growing twice as potent, when the darkness from her father is embraced. I'm very glad that the creators of the show, decided to incorporate her, and use Tara Strong as the voice actress.

3.) Sterling Archer. From the FX television show. this secret and highly trained spy, brings all of the kick-ass to any problem, that James Bond or Jason Born wished that they could. It's like if Charlie Sheen were a top secret agent, combined with Deadshot from DC, that's pretty much the gist of his character. The entire supporting actors and actresses meld the entire show, into one AWESOME program to watch! H. Jon Benjamin as the voice actor, he really nails out the dialogue, and he always brings a new level of humor to the stage. Krieger, the head of the lab like Agent 'Q' in Bond is my second favorite character on this show.

4.) Luke Skywalker. No doubt about it. He started off as a simple farmer looking to go on an adventure, then to avenge his family and friends. Low and behold that very quest, would shape him into becoming a Jedi Knight. It's one of the most classical protagonist themes, of all time right here!

5.) Wolverine (aka) Logan from the X-Men and Marvel franchise. Everything about this guy, just screams pure and total EPICNESS! I wonder if every time Hugh Jackman wakes up in the morning, if he roars in anger like he does in those movies? X-D

Such a great hero, with so much depth behind the character, and the way he became the mighty hero, was from a dangerous military experiment. Well, if I were the guy putting the Adamantium into his body, I would keep a giant magnet close at hand, so that way, he would not have anyplace to run off to; if he decided to break out.

Why don't super villains ever think about the obvious? Spending tens of millions of dollars, and high-tech resources on a highly unstable, and once in a life-time military project, with all of the possibilities of turning wrong at every turn. Wouldn't you want a little insurance policy, a plan B so to speak. Why not chip in a few extra hundred bucks, and get a Junkyard magnet to keep in the operating room, just in case?

6.) Tim Drake (aka) Robin (aka) Red Robin. When I fist saw The New Batman Adventures as a little kid, I was hooked. In truth, this was where I learned about Tim Drake. Nightwing was also a favorite of mine too, but I think Tim, incorporated the best of all the sidekicks, to the Dark Knight. He was the third one, and he really shined above the others for Bruce. Jason Todd was the second. I highly recommend you watch 'Under The Red Hood' if you can. It tells the story of what happened to the second Boy Wonder; after Dick left to create the Teen Titans.

(~) A New Writer’s Journey Into FanFiction (~)

So, you want to take part in this aspect called . . . writing stories do you? That you want to express your craft to the world? To boast that your fandom is the greatest of all time, and that you are a super star? Well, congratulations. You are about to embark upon a great and noble crusade.

(Turn back, Save yourself!) Ummm . . . a bit of humor from my part. Moving on!

In truth, it can be more of a journey of your own soul, of the element of where you want to go with your imagination. Brace yourself for the fun adventure, but be ready and forewarned, because all of the scrapes and pitfalls that can come at you, from every conceivable angle. (Where most times we ourselves are the worst critics of our own work.)

You can take the pointers I have, or ignore them completely. But, from what I have been through (I have been on and off this site since 2010) and with the efforts I have put into things, I think that I may have a thing or two of knowledge to offer, to any would be hopeful writer.

(~) PACE YOURSELF:

Believe me when I tell you the importance of remembering, THIS IS NOT A RACE. While you may feel the need to rush through the chapters and updates, (I used to, oh the naivety of my youth) you should always think of the writing process as a long and uphill marathon, not a mad sprint to the finish line only.

If you take your time, it can allow breathing room when you hit the all cursed writers block wall, and you don’t feel pinched and short on time. Then you still have to do editing, then revising and re-editing. Followed up with yet more editing. (I’m jumping ahead here) FanFiction is a very big place, and there are untold thousands upon thousands of stories of all types.

Learn from my biggest mistake, and plan to give yourself a five chapter head start, before you even upload chapter one to the site. This way, you can be far enough ahead of the readers, and you are not playing “catch-up” with everybody else, (Unless you find a thrill in that sort of thing?) It can allow the craft to naturally flow.

This way, you will not be in panic mode when everybody is hounding you for the next installment of the story. Then of course you can take breaks and really expand upon the telling without missing things. I guess you could even compare it to having things flushed out and keeping a steady pace once a month, compared to cramming everything you learned in the first semester, all in one night before the big exam in the morning.

(~) SAVE YOUR WORK:

Um, this should be a given but in case you do not know I'll say it to be the little voice of reason here. SAVE YOUR WORK!

Every time you write, always, ALWAYS always, be sure to save your writing project. (You should purchase a portable flash-drive) This way, if something does happen . . . say, your computer is stolen, your documents are fried, the device goes KAPUT and crashes and is totally un-salvagable . . . (GET THE PICTURE?) At least if you have your work saved in more than one place, and with multiple backups handy, and you have more than one copy, you can always jump right back into things after getting resettled.

With this in mind, you won't have to start from scratch.

Imagine writing a masterpiece of the ages, and everybody is going to be super excited about it. Then, right before you uploaded anything and without saving a single thing of your progress, you decide to run to the bathroom real quick. (Nature's call! Gotta Run!) You leave your computer running, thinking "eh, what can happen. I'll be gone for five minuets." You do your business, come back and then you realize you have a lot of other things to do.

Long story short, you forget about it, then later on you decide to shut down the program by simply shutting everything off (without auto-saving anything) . . . and then in the middle of the night you have this strange feeling like you forgot to do something. But WHAT COULD IT BE? -.-

So save your work early, and save it often. Heck, once I am set with a chapter, I save it by uploading it to my site, but I don't click publish so I can still edit the darned thing.

Sometimes the obvious only comes to us, when we have fouled up beyond anything that we want to admit. This never happened to me, but I have been around this site a rather long time, and you would not believe the stories people have told me. (Yikes!)

(~) CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM:

There will always be a need to hone and improve upon your craft. What, are you a Mary Sue and is perfect in every single way, that you have absolutely zero tolerance and no room for growth? How dare I, to even make such a heartless statement! You are perfect, and your story is the best that there ever was, or will be for all time. Shame on me for having an opinion! That was sarcasm by the way. (A bit of FanFiction humor)

Some people will not think so, and they will not hesitate nor hold themselves back, when it comes time to explain in detail on your reviews. Trust me, even I get bad ones. How do you think I made it this long anyway?

Do not take the negative feedback as an attack on you personally. Although, some people do get a kick out of this, *cough . . .cough . . . trolls* Be aware that IF this is your first time journeying into the big place on FanFiction, you want to act like a sponge, and to absorb as much of the artistic skills that you can. This is an internet platform after all, and so you are bound to run into the eventual unpleasantries of why you might need to . . . well, work a little harder.

Do not feel that the challenge is too great, or the failures too vast and steep to recover from. Remember, always focus on that spark, that ember of a passion you carry with you, and that nobody else cares to see in you. Re-ignite your energy to embolden and strengthen the story, and to mold something that comes from practically a void of nothing, (Deep inside your brain) into a shining masterpiece that can inspire others.

Everybody has to start from somewhere, and each story has a beginning. That includes your journey of writing it. Batman didn't start out as The Dark Knight right away, no sir. He went to The League Of Shadows, then he trained, he learned, he grew and because of everything Bruce went through in his earliest years, it would mold him into this iconic figure that we all know and love of today. (Get the picture?)

(~) STORY CONTENT & RESEARCH:

Did I mention that this site is massive? No, well just a short look through on your part, of the various genres and the plethora of movies, books, video games and anything at all you that you can think of, this place is like the entirety of the solar system within the cosmos of space! Then new stories come in, and it only expands even further.

Be sure that once you pick whatever (insert name of fandoms here) . . . you want to write, that you know the facts, the backstories, and the characters about the series you want to expand upon. It is called FAN FICTION after all, mostly made up of people (and rabid readers who cannot get enough of the series they love) who want to expand into the stories that may have ended, or is still ongoing.

So, to broaden out your work, do a little research and be mindful that if you don’t know something, a five second search on any web browser can point you in the right direction. It helps, and it keeps the fans happy.

(~) THE PLOT:

Do you remember back in grade-school, or Middle and High School when you were sitting in your English Classes, and you used to come up with a layout or a diagram, basically some sort of fancy chart on the characters in the story, and where things were leading? No? (Am I seriously the only one?) Well, every story has a beginning, a middle, and an end. A three part arc, (Sometimes more, sometimes less. I get it. Not every story is the same.)

Basically, the characters within said story have growth and development themselves. And the readers that follow your work, they will be going along on this journey that you, the creator of said piece, are leading the flock.

While it takes time to getting everybody in the scenes and places that you want them to be at, remember the key thing about this pointer is that YOU are telling a story. Every chapter is special, and with the proper care and consideration, the story builds and the experience is enhanced for everybody.

As a writer, it is your ballgame with where you want things to go. You can even think of it as though you are directing a movie. Everything goes from one place to the next, (or one scene to the next) and it's good to change things up a bit, but again, be mindful that people are reading your work, and if you miss something, one of your fans (or haters) will not hesitate to point it out.

(~) MARY SUE'S:

I hate to break it to you, but . . . nobody is perfect, and in the real world things are very, deeply cruel and there are tons of tragedies. Downright unfair things happen at times, which leads to a long hard look, at what we need to do to overcome. In short, the depth and expansion within ourselves, with the learning abilities we can obtain is what so many experience on the journey. "The Heroes Journey".

The main element of a great and compelling character, within any story is about the flaws and weaknesses that they (and we) have to contend with on any given day.
What would Superman be, without Kryptonite? Batman is still only human, Raven needs to constantly meditate and hone her darkness in, and while Darth Vader is powerful and a SITH Lord, however, he is more machine rather than man, and there are clear vulnerabilities to his suit.

Now, to contrast these things, look at Rey’s character from Star Wars The Force Awakens. A very boring character. (WHAT? How is this possible?)

Where to begin? (Oh boy, here comes the hate.) She has no flaws, her personality has no growth, she has no backstory other than completely vague references, she encounters mentors but learns absolutely nothing. She has no parents or siblings, no depth of her goals, no struggle, no fears, no weaknesses, and yet . . . she can do everything by herself, with no assistance or training from anybody that crosses her path. And for some reason she just knows everything and can do everything because of The Force. (ugh.)

Absolutely nothing of any arc can be developed, because what is it that she needs to work on? Her attractive appeal as a young woman, by changing her hairstyle in the next movie? That’s pretty dull.

In short, a character who is perfect in every conceivable way, there is no threat to be considered too dangerous, and the journey of the protagonist will never grow, if they are already flawless. A Mary Sue is pretty much just wish fulfillment on behalf of the creator.

They are already in “God-Mode” so to speak, and it's like if all of the cheat codes to the competitive video-gamers were being used against you and your team. Yeah, that takes the fun right out of the competition, when you hope for some level playing field.

So, be mindful of this, add flaws to your characters, it makes them relatable to actual human beings. To go with this, while the story continues to grow, so too will the characters involved in it, and in turn, so will you as the author of said piece.

(~) CONTINUITY:

Have you ever read a story, and you really liked where it was going, but for some unexplained reason, the author of the story forgot something from chapter two . . . and in chapter seven, the character or their friends you enjoy has a totally different backstory? Or their last name is changed, that the place they grew up in is totally different without any explanation, than from what was in chapter two?

I mean, you know it was something, right? Something so obvious that you just scratch your head and go back because of . . . well, reasons. Sure enough, bingo! You were right.

We cannot be perfect in all things, we are human and we make mistakes, (it is okay) where as a writer myself, I take a lot of time in crafting things out long before I even start chapter one. That way, if I have to mention something from a previous update, then it’s not going to fudge up the rest of the story. Think of it like this, that every chapter you post, these updates are the building blocks and links in the chain, and they are unbroken and consistent with the overall plot, the time of events, the series of things happening to the characters in the story.

Changing the character’s hair or eye color, from altering the name of the school they are in, switching up the type of personality they have as a staple out of nowhere because you got lazy, then suddenly it is not the same, or the type of their pet or if they had a dog when they are a cat person. (are they a cat person? You forgot, but your readers didn't. Then you add in a goldfish because you want that now) You get what I am talking about . . . right? . . . right?

Still no? Okay, to simplify it even further, before you write the story, it might be a good idea to have a pen (or pencil) and padded paper nearby, so when you do craft things out, if you need to go back for any impertinent information that can be useful, it's all right there and you don't have to spend hours upon endless hours scouring across your previous chapters, trying to find the character's favorite color again.

A story that changes at random, because the author did not care to pay close attention, it can be a minor stumbling block for some. But for others, it is like landmines on Omaha Beach during World War II. (Watch out!)

(~) WRITERS BLOCK:

Ey-eaah . . . even I hit the all cursed Writers Block Wall. It happens to most writers, unless you have some form of a superhero brain function that nobody knows of yet? (Send me a message if you have the mystical potion).

For the most part, not only will you have so many things to work on, but at random moments you may find the energy slowing down to a crawl. Like the earliest forms of Internet Dial-Up such as A.O.L. (Ugh, the younger people don’t have a clue to what this is.)

In laymen-terms, everything can be going so smoothly and fantastic. Then, BANG! For some odd reason you come to a point that you just cannot write anymore. The great wall is in front of you, and you see no way around it! (*Gasp!* Oh NO!) It is your brain and body’s way of telling you, that you need to take five and that the pieces of the story you so desperately want to add in, the elements within the update are not fitting because either . . .

A.) You messed up somewhere and cannot figure out how the rest of the scene should go.

B.) The scene is not very interesting to begin with, and the dialogue or element of this very specific part is crucial to the plot, but you just don’t know how to put it all together.

C.) The plot has opened up, yet you yourself decided to only craft just far enough that you are running out of room, and you are backing yourself into a tight corner. Now, your characters need to escape somewhere, but you just don’t know how to do it, and the rest of the scene does not make sense at all from how you envisioned it.

Not to worry. This can be overcome where if you need to, skip ahead in your other scenes on the chapter you are crafting. Take a half hour doing something else other than writing and listen to some music, or move away from the computer screen. Play some video games, read a book and get some fresh air, (and a sandwich.)

Things come naturally, and sometimes forcing yourself to sit down and write, (did I already mentioned that being a writer is a very exhausting process? Well, it is and now you understand why) Even though you may be sitting at a desk or on your bed, and you are flexing the muscles of your brain you do not get to practice with much; the imagination is vast and it can be rather easy to lose yourself in the moment.

A bit of advice, it is okay if you need to step away from the project. It allows the brain to recharge, and it can open up other possibilities that you were totally unaware of even existing before. Primarily because you had only looked at one part of the issue, and not the entire scope of things.

(~) EDITING YOUR WORK:

Now here is a very monumental and critical part of your journey. Oh, and we have talked about so much already, see how much you have learned? You are doing GREAT! ;-)

So . . . your story is set, you have the characters all down within the scenes, the chapter is finished and you have written a whole heck of a lot hours. Your eyes hurt, your mind is sore, and you need to take a breather. You feel pretty proud of yourself, and all that you have achieved while preparing to boast to all your friends on social media, that your work is a masterpiece.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. Now hang on just one second there Lighting Fingers. You might want to look over the chapter a second time. (Better yet, go over it like several.) This is a writing forum, so, you might want to have at least . . . some basic idea, on the bare necessities of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

No need to rush your chapter out, only to quickly realize that you made a mistake and you want to take it back. *Doh!* Too late! (don’t worry, it happens.) You can re-upload current chapters, in the upload stories tab on your account and you won’t lose your work. (It has happened to me, so don't panic.) To avoid having that happen, it might be better to just revise your chapter more than one time.

From the moment when you craft things on your own computer program, once you upload things to this site, save it again and you are finally ready to let the world see it, everything becomes . . . jumbled for some odd reason? (it’s the editing phase on FanFiction, so go through it again and make the final adjustments you want.)

You can even look into getting a Beta-Reader. Also known as somebody who for some reason, enjoys proofreading peoples entries on this site. Think of them, like a publisher/editor, and they are combing through the finer aspects of the story with you.

By going through your story again and again before clicking Upload To Site not only do you catch things that you missed the first time. You also might get the inspiration to notice a new twist that can be added, and create an entirely different direction from what you originally had planned.

(~) ORIGINAL CHARACTER(S):

What is this? The O.C. you overheard and so many others on this site have spoken of before? The Zip Code to the Californian Coastline you may think, but no. It is the abbreviation for Original Character. (Duh).

So, you want to incorporate a brand new character into the show or saga that nobody has ever heard of before, and you want to introduce them into the very series that everybody around you enjoys so much? Well, of course you can. (I did, for my very first story.)

Anyway . . . it is all so interesting to craft characters that you yourself have designed and are elaborating on. To bring them into the mixture of any universe with a plethora of already existing “in-cannon” characters, to switch things up a bit, it is something that is a challenge on its own, but it carries rewards on its own regard with it.

Like anything else, plan out what you want the character to be like, how they sound and what they do. Add a lot of descriptions to the appearance, their flaws, a backstory, basically you are crafting a person that nobody else even knows exists in the fandom. Where everybody who is not you, will be curious as to the depth in them as well. So the more you add, the more it helps the readers accept your character(s).

(~) HIATUS STATUS:

Being that my very first story was in this unfortunate stage for a very long time, before I was able to upload anything new, (I was re-posting my work to make it better, before I could continue) Perhaps I can give some insight for you, who is new to this, and is unfamiliar with the term.

Writing is a rather difficult and exhausting process. Basically, you may find yourself caught up in life, outside of the internet and your attention is drawn away for months at a time. Or perhaps you (like what happened to me -.-) decide to revamp and re-post your work, to make it even better. So, the story is put on hold. Essentially, the readers are left wondering if you will ever return? If some people have invested themselves into your story, subscribing and even writing reviews as fans typically do for authors they like, you might want to return the favor and give an explanation, as to what is gong on exactly.

Do you plan to finish the story that you started, and if you do, at least give some form of reasoning. Otherwise, those devoted fans and established connections, some people might not be too cheerful about learning of your abrupt disappearance.

Again, we are human beings and we make mistakes, elements of life outside, or the forces of nature . . . whatever it may be can cause you, to have to pull away from the keyboard, and you will try to pick things up where you leave off at a later date.

As a FanFiction writer that has gone through this myself, I am more than familiar with tumbling through this obstacle, head first and feeling like I was about to walk away and never be able to return. (Thank GOD that I stuck to my guns, and I pressed forwards with getting the story back on track).

IF for some reason you decide it is all too much, and you have no desire to continue the story, then just post it on a new chapter, or put something in your profile page for your explanation on things.

((Example)) . . .

I must confess, I am swamped with my job, and have been quiet on this site, for a long number of months. I know that all of you faithful readers out there, are dying to uncover what is to happen in my story. I am doing everything I can, to post as quickly as I can but, life as we all know, well it can be a pain in the neck. I am planning on finishing Inner Demons, but again with the gigantic size of the updates, you have to see from my perspective, at how consuming it can be on one person, where as my helpers, well, they too have troubles of their own to deal with.

I don't want to give up on the telling, or on myself, dropping the story now, it would just be a giant slap to all of your pretty faces, (as well as my own pride), and I don't like to hurt the people I care about. People who have taken the time to read into my work, and even submit a review about it. You guys and gals have been so grateful with your waiting, and so kind in your reviews, it would be a horrible crime to abandon the telling where it is, when in reality, it is still only getting started.

So please, I ask that you hold fast as best that you can, where I know others would just walk away, yet I refuse to do so. As long as I wake and breathe each and every day, there is this giant nagging feeling in the back of my mind, telling me always, that I have to finish this. I have to do justice to you fans and readers. So to sum things up, I am doing everything in my powers, as a simple human being, trying to make an honest dollar and way in this tough world, where what started as a simple side project of fun, that combined two passions of mine, the Teen Titans, and writing; I now see it as something that I had never even considered before.

I will not beg but simply state the obvious fact. Life is hard, and some of the greatest things worth having, are obtained through a tough journey, where a person learns more about themselves in the process.

(~) HAVE FUN!

What has this got to do with anything? Hmmmm? Well, you are going to be writing. The biggest and most obvious thing about anything that you are doing, you should have enjoyment in what you spend your time, energy, resources, and focus on. Right?

There can be so many reasons for why, you may feel down and out. Like the story is hitting rock bottom, that the characters are not in the scene you want them to be in right at that particular moment, and you are scraping the bare bottom of the barrel for ideas. That you need some inspiration to pull you back into the artistic craft.

Nobody is forcing you to do this. You are willingly, on your own terms going to put yourself through a roller coaster of emotions. (well, maybe not, but you should feel something.) It is something that you cannot explain yet it brings a smile to your day.

For me, I understand that life and my time on this Earth is finite. That I am going to be here and then one day, eventually . . . my time will be up. So, for me I understand that with the passions and enjoyments I DO have, that I want to try and leave a mark of some kind. I don't know when it will come, and truth be told I don't want to know so I can make the most of things, and there will be nothing I can do when I am gone anyway. But, through the opportunities that I have now, I can leave my own footprints in the sands of time, and my work in this craft can keep something of my memory around. Even when I am not.

In being able to bring others joy in my work, that if it can enlighten and cause a brighter spark in this world for any new writer (yes, I am talking about you) then my reward is already fulfilled. ;-)

All I ask, is that if you do like what I have written, to reciprocate by possibly sending me a review or two. You would be amazed at how high some positive feedback from a fan, can make a person feel. And as a golden rule that I tend to stick by, I often respond to the comments and questions people have. Because that's just the kind of person I am.

My Final Thoughts

If you thought that the original Teen Titans show from 2003 to 2006 on The Kids WB and Cartoon Network was a bad idea, and a show meant for little kids, well, at least in this world the characters actually make you feel something for them, you care about the relationships they form and break with each-other, the animation was colorful and stylish on its own regard, hearkening back to the Animated Series of Batman, or the New Batman Superman Adventures I used to watch on Saturday Mornings, with my older brother.

But above all things, there were some very powerful moments, plus there was intense action that carried a purpose, to what the heroes we enjoyed so much, were fighting for.

It was through the tireless efforts of the producers, from the artistic direction of Glen Murakami, the brilliant voice actors, the sound mixers, directors, and artists which all contributed and made this show come alive, and they all stayed really close to the comics. While this show may have ended back in 2006 following the movie The Trouble In Tokyo, but with how it ended, I am truly thankful to have gotten to experience it. The Teen Titans community on FanFiction has something around fourty-seven thousand stories, and I think it's one of the more popular series that people keep writing for, so that should say something about the fan-base.

There you have it, simple, quick and rather brief I think. (Huh? This is a brief and quick bio?) I was honing into my funny bone. Anytime you receive a review or get a message from me, where T.M.O is at the bottom; if you couldn't figure it out, well it's my signature/pen name. I was truly quite lucky, to pick this name for myself on the site. To everybody that made it through this, thanks for stopping on by.
