Hi, My name is Viburnum and I'm an amateur writer who tries her hand at creating things that she hopes others would like to read. I try to do my best at writing as I'm very passionate about it. Well other things you might want to know about me is that I have a very wild imagination, get distracted easily though when I'm focused I'm really intensified and that I am interested in a lot of things and love discussions on various topics. I also am a very childish person who gets too hyperactive. Other stats are down below:

Passions: Religion, Philosophy, Writing, Art, Books , Movies and definitely Anime, Kazuo Kiriyama (glomps) Horribly irresistible character from the "Battle Royale" universes (especially the novel and manga respresentation), Gabriel Gray aka Sylar from "Heroes" That Zachary Quinto is AN AWESOME ACTOR! (glomps) Update: I know now that Zachary Quinto is gay but I still loved him as Sylar and yeah he is good Spock too. I think I really like Tom Hiddleston. One of my favourite anime crushes and love has been Kenshin Himura. I think I love him for like 15 years as a character and do (AU) type fillers for his personality. I also love Aoba from DRAMMATICAL Murder, Randel Oland from Pumpkin Scissors, Haruka from Free! and I like Sebastian Michealis from Kuroshitsuji. There are so many shows now I hardly follow many and anime has changed severely. Its graphics are better but there has been a breach in content. Older shows like Evangelion or even Revolutionary Girl Utena had more substance sizzling but many animes today do not. They have, at times, reduced themselves to cheap thrills. I mean though I enjoyed watching Kill la Kill I will say compared to today's standards its a very good anime but even if you compare it with Fushigi Yuugi it might not hold a candle long because though it's good something emotional and psychological is missing from the animes. It doesn't try that much it just does. Which for a old-timer like me doesn't do. Yet I have hope that some series will break the mould still and come out with what is missing.

2014/ August/ 8th — I decided to start writing in Archive of Our Own as well. AO3 is actually in some ways better. It supposes as a default that you are going to do crossovers. Probably, this is due to the fact that because the "Tumblr gen/thing" started and people ask question of what it would be like if the character was like this. I visited Son Christine's oeuvre and was surprised to see she was 2 years younger than me. She actually had a matured voice. More matured than most. When she wrote it was like someone 19 or 20 was writing but it was actually her as a 13 to 15 year old self and that was beautiful. Fanfiction has changed drammatically over the 10 years I have read it and read online stories that were somewhat part and parcel with Fanfiction though had originality either by its entirety or AU factors. I sometimes lament. I don't see writers like Son Christine or Sabam or even Yukmiya anymore. Perhaps I am not looking but the ecchi types of writing and ecchiness in anime has increased making people go on autotune on that. It is not a very good sign. People should not look at empty lusts (as ecchi) as the only pinnacle in writing because I think even writing for enjoyment has different dimensions in it. Us old fandom writers may survive but it may be a difficult run at times because people may not always like our work.

On a worldly scale, I hope that you support Palestine. Supporting Palestine is not really a Muslim thing. Nor is it anti-Judaism. Supporting Palestinians is supporting humanity because those people can't really fight back against Israel. Israel is just another nation that is bullying a nation that is not military-rich as it is. It could be any other nation doing that and our universal brotherhood demand that we rise up against it or any other people that do that. Israel needs to coexist with Palestine and that is humanly right and good and prosperous. I respect all religions so supporting Palestine is not going against Judaism; a religion is not determined by national boundaries so religion should never be used as an abuse against oneself and others. Support peace for both nations. Coexistence and Respect are the only things that humanity needs to survive and not fall into that dreary fettered chasm of narcissism.

I will say these things because we live in a more connected world so we should support each other and know each other as people as ourselves.

2012/ June/ 12th — I am an MA student now in English Literature. Thanks to Allah Almighty for that. I started this account 10 years ago in 2002 when I was only 14 years old and after a decade even changed its layout dramatically so kind of a celebration there as well. It is fun to revisit the tales that I wrote in my youth. Obviously, I didn't finish any one of them though I had certain mental calculations concerning them; it is both procrastination and busyness on my part that I did not do it but now I might finish most of them or at least try to. It'll be fun returning to the stories and writing them concerning that I am older now and I can see how my mind worked then and how it works now (ironically, not much has changed) and I can put in what I have learned in these past years into my stories s probably the stories will reshape themselves with probably more frolic or maturity (I doubt the routes will change much I prefer keeping the innocence of them thought of in those times intact as much as possible). I think I started seriously writing in and it was because that I was interested in X-Men: Evolution fandom that I first came across this site all those years ago even before Google had become a net celebrity and I used another search engine (most probably Yahoo) to find this site. I am forever grateful to Allah Almighty for making me find this site; it's been a great journey and thank you all my reviewers and friends who stayed with me.

2010/ April/ 28th - Over a year later an update. Thanks To Allah Almighty I am still alive. Well, I'm in my final year of Uni. I had written a term paper that involves Revolutionary Girl Utena and talked about in a conference - ALLAHHUAKBAR, SUBHAHANALLAH, MASHALLAH, ALHAMDULILLAH!! Hope I do more interesting stuff soon! INSHALLAH! Oh yes, wanna see the new Kuroshitsuji as I seen it's not Sebastian anymore :( Interesting but I loved Sebastian and I hope Ciel makes a come back!

2010/January/23rd — Well, may not be updating for a long while. Busy with other stuff. Many on hiatus

2009/ April/ 5th - Became a BIG FAN of the anime/manga Kuroshitsuji. Thanx again to Brilcrist for introducing me to another anime (The First was Death Note).

2008/ March. 29th - I'm finally a university student in BRAC university THANKS TO ALLAH ALMIGHTY FOR THAT!! And after May I'm doing three semesters out of Dhaka, my capital, in Savar, another town in a dormitory as it is a part of our curriculum. So, be prepared for slower updates, sorry guys. Also, right now I'm head -down in reserach papers, assignments and approaching finals. Hopefully, I surpass my own limitations and do awesome!

2007/August/12th - Well, I recently became twenty, it feels odd - the word Nostalgia appears more strongly now. I saw Harry Potter OOTP and read half of TDH. I think this is Rowling's Best book - the prose is superior to the other works and the intensity is amazing. HBP introduced Harry/Ginny pairing which I have loathed to many extents. I wasn't a fan of Harry/Cho either. None of the girls in HP introduced can really be Harry's equivalent in romance - this is just my present opinion so I don't want anyone who is a Harry/Ginny fan to be crossed with me. As for Voldemort he is absolutely amazing as an antagonist. He is shaped like one so was right in saying he's a great villain as Sauron and Hannibal Lectar. Many people are the fans of Hermione/Harry pairing or Luna/Harry. I think Harry and Luna could have gone together - Luna is more perceptive than Ginny in my books despite Luna being an eccentric. Well I can't wait for HBP movie and TDH movie

2007/April/ 19th - Well I finally downloaded the rest of Battle Royale. I basically got really upset at the death of Kazuo Kiriyama as he was my favourite character in the whole story! Shuya and Noriko are okay but me like Kazuo best! Well I hope Auraborealiis uploads Iceberg soon 'cause I love that fic like anything and those of you who like Tokyoboots and/or Kazuo check out her new fic Consequences. It was Really Brilliant! Fans of Misty Elizabeth should know that she uploaded her Tyson/Hilary fic! On a last note I wrote a new fic which I may continue in the future.
