Okay so a little about me...

My name is Melissa and I live just outside of Toronto, Ontario with my hubby and my 2 cats (currently the closest things to real babies I have). I lucked out and married my high school sweetheart after a few bumps in the road. I work... a lot and so does he. When I need to escape from that I like to bury myself in a good story. The only problem is I get a little obsessed and find that the characters stay with me long after I put the book down, well that is if it is a good book. I always say that if I can put the book down to do something else then it was not the story for me. Hubby laughs at me and says when I get lost in one the house could burn down and I wouldn't notice.

Right now my object of obsession is The Host. I have found with all of Stephenie's books that I just want to jump right into the story. I am not a patient person (I used it all up waiting over a decade for a marriage proposal) so with no continuation of Wanderers journey I had to make one up for myself. I enjoy escaping into their world and hope I do their story justice. I appreciate any feedback you may have, good or bad, and hope that you share it with me.

Oh yeah, and this picture here is how I see Wanda and Ian the way Stephenie describes them. Man does she know how to write a main love interest. Edward or Ian... I am torn.
