About Me:
I'm from the West Coast, raised on a fairly steady diet of Star Trek, Stargate, and Doctor Who, plus a lot of good books like The Lord of the Rings and The Dresden Files. While my mom made sure I got my sci-fi/fantasy fix, my dad made sure that I watched classics, like Hogan's Heroes, The A-Team, The Court Jester, Mission: Impossible (the TV series) and Errol Flynn's Robin Hood, just to prove that just because a movie or TV show is more than twenty years old doesn't mean it's not fun. And I'm not afraid to admit that I'm a sucker for a "happily-ever-after" and the good guys saving the day.

When I write, I normally try to stick as close to canon as possible to maintain the authenticity of the characters. If I can imagine the actors on the show saying the lines I write, I think I'm doing okay.

For bonus chuckles, here's a silly quote for you, courtesy of one of my favorite Marvel characters, Agent Phil Coulson:

Fanfiction Series:
"Grimm Numbers" is a series of fics set in a fusion of the Person of Interest and Grimm universes - mostly, it involves the PoI characters set as Wesen creatures from Grimm. As with all my fics, I try to stick to canon as much as possible, and my choice of Wesen for each of the characters reflects this. This series currently has four entries: "A Rare Bird," "Someone to Watch Over Me," "A Calculated Risk," and "Shattered on the Rocks."

For fans of Hogan's Heroes, I have "The Trials and Tribulations of Karl Langenscheidt." Each entry involves Corporal Langenscheidt as he tries to survive working at the toughest POW camp in all of Germany. Fics in this series include "Contentment," "Home Sweet Home," "Schwesterchen," "The End is Near," and a work-in-progress, "It Started With an Air Raid." In my telling of these stories, Langenscheidt has a sister, Greta, who's very clever and outspoken - and the source of a great deal of grief for her brother.

"Inspector G. Lestrade" is for fans of the long-suffering detective inspector on Sherlock. Some fit into canon, others were totally Jossed since I wrote them, and some are crossovers with other series. Lestrade is my favorite recurring character in the original stories, and I still love him on Sherlock. This series includes "A Life of Ease," "Been a Long Day," "Chaos, Mayhem, and Anarchy," "One Good Man," "The Threefold Man," and "Talking It Through."

"The Phil Coulson Chronicles" is a collection of works relating to my favorite SHIELD agent. "Rumors of His Death Have Been Greatly Exaggerated" is a group of short crossover fics about how Agent Coulson didn't die in The Avengers. All of these stories were written shortly after it was announced that Coulson would be 'headlining' the Agents of SHIELD TV series. Related to this, but separate, is "The Anti-Entropy," a one-shot crossover with Star Trek: The Next Generation written along the same lines. There's also "Don't Touch Lola," a short crossover with Supernatural. Additionally, I have two shorts directly related to Agents of SHIELD, and the mystery of magical Tahiti, "It's a Magical Place" and "What Dreams May Come."

Standalone Stories:
"Mistaken Identity" is a (55 chapter!) Stargate: SG-1/Highlander crossover starring Daniel Jackson and Methos, featuring Methos's Worst Week Ever. This is my biggest story, and I am happy to say that it is now, finally, complete!

"Sweet Moments Set Aside For Us" is series of (mostly) unconnected 100-word Highlander crossover stories with various Immortals from the series.

"Honor, Courage, Commitment" is a crossover of NCIS and Flashpoint. Flashpoint, for those not familiar with the show, was a Canadian series that followed a team of SRU officers. The SRU (Strategic Response Unit) is sort of like SWAT, but also includes other disciplines, such as bomb disposal and crisis negotiation. NCIS, of course, is about a team of investigators that investigate crimes involving the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. The title of this story comes from the core values of the United States Navy: honor, courage, and commitment.

"Conversations and Observations" is a series of sometimes quite short one-shots centering around Major Lorne on Stargate Atlantis. Some of the stories are 'missing scenes' from particular episodes, others are completely unrelated to specific stories but fit in to a general time frame. These shorts fill in quite a lot of background to Lorne that was missing from the TV show.

In Progress:

A Hogan's Heroes story, "It Started With an Air Raid," follows an adventure of Corporal Karl Langenscheidt as he tries to repay Hogan and his men for saving his sister from the Gestapo.
