Author has written 7 stories for Final Fantasy X, Chrono Cross, Kingdom Hearts, Resident Evil, and Samurai 7. I've never been a prolific fanfiction writer, though I have dabbled from time to time, when inspiration strikes. I am primarily an introspective and character-centric writer, and as such, the majority of my shorter writings tend to be one-shot vignettes focusing on specific themes and concepts, so I'm not one for writing sequels or continuing sagas. I love symbolism and stories with underlying meanings and depth, and I seem to have an uncanny knack for it that surprises even me most of the time. I mostly read and write fanfiction based on video games but have been known to enjoy the occasional anime or TV show story from time to time. I'm a fan of character more than anything else, so I rarely stray from the characters or pairings that I am most interested in, however bizarre or non-canonical they may be. Those who may wish to dissect my interests will probably discover quickly that I am intrigued by certain character types, whether the character be: Female: Aerith (FFVII, KH), Karin (Shadow Hearts II), Hrist (Valkyrie Profile), Celes (FFVI), Lulu (FFX), Ashe (FFXII), KOS-MOS (Xenosaga), Ada (RE2/4), Asuka (Neon Genesis Evangelion), Robin (Witch Hunter Robin), Rin (Fate/Stay Night), Re-l (Ergo Proxy), Tessa (Full Metal Panic!) and Karula (Utawarerumono); Or Male: Auron (FFX), Citan (Xenogears), Basch (FFXII), Cloud (FFVII, KH), Glenn (Chrono Cross), Locke (FFVI), Kain (FFIV), Balthier (FFXII), Squall (FFVIII), Leon (RE2/4), Arngrim (Valkyrie Profile), chaos (Xenosaga), Jin (Xenosaga), Jin (Samurai Champloo), Alex Row (Last Exile), Archer (Fate/Stay Night), Laharl (Disgaea) and Kyuzo (Samurai 7). Those same people will probably also be quick to note that I probably have issues. : ) And for the record, despite what some people might assume given that several of my fics tend to be from a female's perspective, I am most assuredly male, believe it or not. I just happen to allow my muse to determine which point of view is the best one for a given story. |
