It's a Dirty Dancing AU. Soon after arriving, Regina meets Ruby and Emma, dancers at the resort who teach routines to bored families to pass the time. Befriending other employees like manager-in-training, Sidney and boss's son, Neal, Regina is soon caught up in the lives of these people who feel like they're from another world entirely.

AU: Where Fairytales become Myths and Princes and Princesses become Gods and Goddesses.

Emma returns from Neverland after rescuing Henry, but at a cost of leaving Regina behind. She makes it a point to let Storybrooke know of all the bravery Regina had and how much she has truly changed.

Snow and Charming become an annoyance with their plans to reunite Emma and Neal while Emma is having none of it. Regina becomes Emma's safe haven from the two overbearing parents and with each attempt by Snow and Charming, Emma and Regina come a little bit closer, until finally they are pushed just a bit too far.

Despite her feelings for Emma and Emma's friendship with Neal, Regina can't help but hate the man until they find themselves trapped in a collapsed building. Regina must set aside her differences in order to do the right thing.

Greg gets back at Regina not by torturing her, but Emma. The shocks and a magic-restraining disease seeps into her brain, slowly shutting it down causing her to lose her senses one by one as Regina is forced to watch her girlfriend die.

In an act of desperation, Regina casts a spell that takes her back to the day Henry leaves for Boston. She wants to keep Emma from ever entering Storybrooke, but when she takes Henry's place, she finds herself completely unprepared for the woman who answers the door. Regina has a chance to do it all again, but no matter what, she can't escape one fact. All magic comes with a price.
