BIOGRAPHY

hey y'all, it's carrotstix. you may have known me as The Song Of The Cricket, but i changed my name to a new username for some personal privacy reasons. in the real world, my friends and family call me cam or andy. i'm eighteen years old, i graduated from a special high school arts program for creative writing, and i'm a big nerd. i'm a cat person, a camp counselor, and the shortest boy i know. if this were a dating profile, i'd be sure to leave out the fact that i'm serially single, like to sing to myself in the mirror, and my ideal date night is eating a pint of birthday cake halo top on the couch with myself while watching netflix. but this isn't a dating profile, so you're welcome.

anyway, enjoy my writing, it's pretty much all walking dead, tbh. it's all carphia, i'm still writing my series, let's be real. although, there might be some carnid coming up in the future... ;)

answers to questions you might have:

1. Will Carl be coming back?
   Yes. I can't really kill my son, so you will be seeing Carl again. It might be a bit of a long haul, and one of the major points of Sophia's journey is that there are large jumps in time between most chapters. As such, it will be a while before we see him again, but it will also be a long time before Sophia herself sees him again. and remember, they might not be exactly the same people they were when they last saw each other.
2. Will Carl and Sophia have other love interests? Will they see other people?
   I'm not going to beat around the bush for this one, because I feel like I should give you fair warning. Yes. Not only will Carl have his own love interest, his canonical one from the show, but Sophia will also have a romance with another character who isn't Carl. BUT, I think that both of these new relationships each have something to offer, and have some poignant meaning to them.
3. But Carl and Sophia are still endgame though, right?
   Yes, Carl and Sophia will still end up together. That doesn't mean, however, that I think you should disregard the other relationships. Personally, I think Carl and Enid's relationship will have something to offer you, as will Sophia's and her new relationship. In fact, the storylines are some of what I'm proudest of from Sophia's Journey, and just because they aren't endgame doesn't mean you can't appreciate them, or shouldn't pay attention to them. They both have what I think is a compelling, deep meaning to them that I am actually quite happy with.

Current Challenge:

[Light Spoilers Ahead] At the beginning of Sophia's Journey, Sophia is travelling with Beth, Mika, Tyreese, Luke, and Judith, as well as some newcomers. However, more survivors of the prison are still out there. So, if you can be the first to name the FIVE* other characters who will survive the ordeal at Terminus, escape, and show up again over the course of Sophia's Journey, I will answer any TWO questions (within reason) you have about the series and what it holds, even if the answer is a spoiler!
