Hi, I'm Mellyrn! I'm 14 years old, and I love to write!

Some things you should know about me are:

1) I am obsessed with anything Tolkien wrote about Middle-earth. That would be The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, The Silmarillion, any of that.

2) My favorite music is the lotr soundtracks. I listen to them all the time. I also love Two Steps From Hell and other instrumental music. A few other favorites are "King and Lionheart" by Of Monsters and Men, and "Soldier" by Ingrid Michaelson. I discovered these songs by reading fanfics, actually...

3) My favorite movies are... I bet you won't be able to guess.. The Lord of the Rings! Yes. I bet you didn't see that one coming. Also, Harry Potter and Eagle Eye.

4) I'm absolutely insane and should be locked up in a mental asylum... :) Just kidding... maybe.

5) My favorite colors are olive green, heather, grey, black, silver, white, and yellow

6) Other favorite books are Harry Potter and The Hunger Games

I really like this site because you can express who you are. I can also practice and improve my writing. I'm new to writing fanfiction, but I've been reading it forever. I'm always taking requests for stories so PM me if you want to see something!

My stories-

1- Spin the Bottle: Hobbit Style. This one is a silly little idea that came to me from reading another fanfiction. The author and story that gave me the idea is posted in the author's note at the beginning of the story.

2- When Darkness Falls. This one is more serious than my previous fic; it's much more of a darker tone. The idea for this just came out of nowhere one day and I decided to write it:) I hope to get some more reviews and feedback to this one!

3- Unexpected Events. This...yeah. I don't even know. I felt like writing a little Aragorn/Legolas oneshot and this little melodramatic idea just popped into my head. Give it a chance, though! I think it's sweet:)

4- Mist and Shadow. This is an Eomer/Haldir fic. I thought I'd try writing this pairing. I haven't written Eomer or Haldir before, so this has proved to be an interesting little challenge. I like how it's coming out though! Check it out!
