A note about my bizarre updating habits: In order to avoid disappointing people with fics that start but never finish, I've gotten into the habit of writing full stories before even starting to post them. I still space out the chapters a bit for the purposes of editing, but it means that when I start posting a story, I spit it out faster than I could ever write it.

Unnamed Touhou Series (Taking Suggestions?)

These are adventure and slice-of-lifey stories focusing mainly on magicians with complicated feelings. They're set in a Gensokyo that I've tried to make appropriately unearthly and weird, with some gonzo PC98-esque touches. I've also tried to give the characters a sense of dignity and power, even when they're being ridiculous. There's enough charisma break memes out there, you know?

Alice's Glorious Homestead Defense - A take on Marisa and Alice meeting for the first time. Maximum friendshipping.
Alice's Daring Alpine Expedition - A one-shot followup that shows the kind of adventures that they get up to.
Marisa's Delightful Gensokyo Tour - I set out to play with Marisa and it got out of hand. Her rampage ended after 7 chapters. Send help.
??? - About 3/4 completed. Alice takes her share of the focus back and engages friendshipping overdrive.

And yes, they are all about as accurately titled as the Holy Roman Empire.

Azuzilla Trilogy

Ever want to see Ms. Sakaki punch a space alien? This is an old series, with a lot that I'd change, but worth keeping around, I think.

Osaka vs the Space Monster - Osaka's quest is all that can save us from an invasion by Planet X and their dreadful minion, King Ghidora.
Chiyochan and the Rise of the Destroyers - Chiyo's science teacher is a front for the sinister SSS9, threatening the world with Biollante and worse.
Azugirls vs the Black Hole - Now adults, our heroines (minus one) pull together in a Japan occupied by an army of monsters. And save it!?

I don't care what anyone says - this was a natural fit. The way I fit them together maybe wasn't so seamless, but "series about monsters menacing Japan" and "series about characters you care for who'd be menaced by such monsters" are practically chocolate and peanut butter if you work at it. But, ah, I'll leave it to you to judge if my blend worked out.

What would I change? In particular I'd credit Lucinda the Maid with a joke of hers that I referenced in the very last chapter, rework some emotional arcs, remove cringeworthy jokes, make the scene where Tomo and Kagura pilot Mechagodzilla into more of a payoff, fix my portrayals of mental illness and oppression to be more sensitive... oh, and the ending could use some work. (I'd keep the tone, though.)
