After Scarlett's fall and subsequent miscarriage, Rhett is tormented by guilt and grief. One night, when the faithfully vigilant Melanie has gone home as Scarlett sleeps, he can't resist visiting her bedroom.

This is my version of how their final conversation should have been... In this story the conversation is far from final though... :-)

Ten years ago, Rhett sent Scarlett divorce papers. To his surprise, she signed them immediately, and promptly took her children and disappeared from his life. Ten years later, a chance meeting with Wade gives him the opportunity to discover: What Happened to Scarlett?

This is what I think happened to Scarlett and Rhett. I have set the story in March 1874 - six months after Melly has died and Rhett has left Scarlett. Scarlett is trying to carve out a new life for herself in Atlanta when Rhett suddenly reappears. NOW COMPLETE

These are a collection of "stolen moments" between our favorite couple. Most are in the form of pillow talk. Mostly fluffy for now, but darker moments may intrude. Story is in form of one shots, in no particular order. Rating may change in later chapters.

this is a sequel, picking up six months after the end of the novel.

Scarlett's feelings during Christmas 1871. In the book this would be after Scarlett's miscarriage but before Bonnie's death when the Republican's have lost political power in Georgia.

One version of a possible reconciliation between Scarlett and Rhett.

I had composed a timeline of datable events during the story of Gone With the Wind. I would love for everyone to take the time to check it out, and if it needs corrected or tweaked, I added a who's who as the second chapter. Love feedback on it too.

This is a story where Scarlett grows up and forgets about Ashley, yet there's a price attached to that and she has to make a choice between love and freedom.
