Author has written 1 story for NCIS. Runewulf Today I am changing my pen name on Fanfiction - there are other Cu chulains on these sites and I don't want to cause confusion. Cu Chulain was also called the Hound of Ulster - the English meaning of his name. Decided on new name Runewulf Runes have been used by Germanic language groups for some thousands of years; they resemble Etruscan writing symbols but,according to stories of the time, Woden, Odin or Wotan found them whilst hanging on the world tree. Runes were used in communication, fortune telling, gambling and ownership identity. Early English names were often unisex; a man or a woman could be called Mildred - Gentle Councillor. The rune prefix could be male or female and wolves were honoured animals; I am trying, again, to post a NCIS story - last time I wrote fan fiction it was for Robin of Sherwood - before the internet and when I used a Remington ;portable and the stories were published in fan magazines and we bought them by subscrbing to fan clubs. |
