I admit I did hesitate at first when I read that it was usually moonless, but then I remembered that it was on Newmoon Island and it made sense. I liked that Cresselia's presence created a crescent moon though, it was a nice touch.

I had never thought about whether Darkrai and Cresselia could sleep; it is an interesting notion, and you made it work well.

As for the idea of a Lugia/Ho-Oh pairing, I see what you mean by not wanting to mess with them, but... after having read your three Legendary Pokémon pairing fics, I really think you could pull it off! :)
