Have just read this one through in one sitting. Great, well drawn out suspense - I was getting very concerned about Doyle. Bodie's reaction to the situation was very much in character. Enjoying your stories.

The sign of a good writer and excellent writing is to keep the reader interested and eager to know what happens next. I was hooked from chapter 1. Chapter 5 found me desolate, and desperate to find out whether Bodie finds his partner in time and whether Doyle survives (mentally and/or physically). The resolution in your final chapter was wonderful. Publishing it chapter by chapter was the way to go with a long story like this. A huge round of applause for a gripping story. Thank you.

Brilliant. ! I might have known it wouldn't be a simple straightforward finish. Instead it was suspense and tension right to the end.
