Likes, Dislikes, Etc.:

Currently I'm quite into Naruto fiction. For many years I really only read Harry Potter stories, but those have stagnated beyond redemption for the most part. I enjoy reading about a talented, or atleast hard-working Naruto, and capable Shinobi in general, unlike what is shown in the Manga and many of the stories here. C'mon, they kill people for a living. Much like with the HP Fandom there is an infestation of ridiculously horrid fics with a few gems scattered here and there. Thankfully these are no longer the days when each chapter had to be posted as an individual story.

As for my more on point dislikes, I cannot stand authors that give relationship polls in a story. It's unprofessional, it's stupid, and it's simply letting your story be written for you. If you're doing it for more reviews then shame on you. That said, I greatly dislike Naruto/Hinata. Not because I particularly care who Naruto shags, but because the only story that I've ever seen do it properly is Team 8 by S'tarkan. All other stories I've ever read fail at this. I dislike it when authors try to split time between two stories in the same genre. It usually takes away from the quality of both stories. The chapters shorten, and the writing becomes choppy and rushed.

Current Projects:

Konoha no Kyoufuu (The Raging Wind of the Leaf): This is my first, and currently only, story. I plan for it to be rather epic in length. This story is definitely AU. Starting after Chapter 2 things should be getting a bit darker for the thriving Leaf Village. By the time I'm done it may be considered a Dark!fic, or whatever you want to call it. I currently have no plans for a pairing, and wouldn't spoil the story by listing them if I did. That's not to say Naruto won't be getting involved with anyone romantically or physically. The ninja in this story will be more capable by far than they are in the manga. That include heroes and villains. As I emphasized before, this story is an Alternate Universe, so please don't tell me how upset you are at such and such. I don't care.

Future Projects:

Miscellaneous One-Shots: These will be used just to get my brain working if I encounter writer's block. They should feature characters other than Naruto and the main cast.

Short Stories: Just amusing stories I felt needed to get out of my head and onto paper. Will not exceed five chapters in anything but the most exceptional cases (Challenge Fics).

Konoha's White Fang: The Story of the Forgotten Legend: The White Fang of Konoha!

Konoha: An idea that just won't go the hell away, though I can see almost no viable way to implement it, it won't hurt to try. The story of the Trojan War... set in the world of Naruto. This may be my most retarded idea ever.

The Codex: Naruto:A trip into the cross-over realm. As Harry Potter/Dresden Files crossovers become more popular I figured I'd write a cross-over featuring Jim Butcher's other series: The Codex Alera. It will take place almost immediately after Captain's Fury and feature Naruto thrust into the world of Aleran politics and intrigue just as Gaius Octavian departs to Canim lands to battle the Vord. The Codex Alera is suggested reading for this fic. Medium LengthPairings Undecided

Summary: Violently thrust into the world of Alera, where he is discovered and nursed back to health by the Lady Aquitane, whose beauty is only matched by her cunning and strength of fury-crafting, 18 year-old Hokage-to-be, Naruto, finds those willing to manipulate him for his unique powers on all sides. But Naruto was never one for games not of his own devising, and he's had it up to here with people fucking with him. It's show time.
