Naruto-sensei Arcs:

Introduction Arc: (Chapters 1-3)
Uzumaki Naruto is given a Genin squad to lead which is Team Eleven. His Genin students will be Kurosaki Hiroshi and his friends Kubo Himawari and Suzuki Shiro.

Takigakure Arc: (Chapters 4-8)
Naruto and his newly formed Genin team are sent to Takigakure to investigate possible sightings of Uchiha Sasuke. Naruto is skeptical in taking this mission but is forced to take it. When Naruto and his Genin arrive, the village is in distress as Naruto comes face to face with someone he hoped wasn't there.

Rescue Konohamaru Arc: (Chapters 9-20)
Kakashi, Naruto and his team are sent to Nami no Kuni after an injured Ebisu return's from a mission where his team was attacked before leaving by mysterious ninja. He reveals Konohamaru was captured. There is also a rumor in the area a group of ninja are looking to take control of Nami no Kuni to use their ports for their own bidding.

Naruto's Genin Training Arc: (Chapters 21-23)
After returning from Nami no Kuni, Naruto decides to train Hiroshi by teaching him the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. He also asks Kakashi to train Himawari with some more water ninjutsu and has confirmation from Shiro's father that he'll oversee his son's training with their family ability.

Search for Tatsumaki Arc: (Chapters 24-27)
Tsunade sends Kakashi with Naruto and his Genin to the Valley of The End to investigate sightings of Tatsumaki. Tsunade also sends Sakura and her team to the border of Kawa no Kuni and Kaze no Kuni to investigate sightings of Tatsumaki there as well. Kakashi and his team encounter Nana, who is quickly defeated and unbeknownst to Naruto killed by Naruto. In Kawa no Kuni, Sakura saves a civilian from being killed by a Roku, a member of the Tatsumaki. After Kakashi and Naruto and his team return from The Valley of the End, Sakura's Genin Ankoku returns to the village alone revealing Sakura had been defeated in battle and his other two teammates are missing so Tsunade sends Hinata, Shino, Kiba and Naruto with Kakashi leading to Kawa no Kuni to find Sakura and Ankoku's teammates. Aki is found hiding in an abandoned cabin and Shinji is found in the desert by a Suna-nin chunin while Sakura is brought back to the Leaf alive by a retired medical ninja.

Light Duty mini-arc: (Chapters 28 & 29)
Naruto and Sakura make up after the terrible ordeal and Naruto and his team are given light duty so Naruto can recover and take care of Sakura who is nursing broken ribs. Meanwhile the Tatsumaki go into hiding and one of their newest members ends up killing their leader.

Chunin Exam Arc: (Chapters 30-??)

*Chunin Exam: Hunt Sub-Arc: (Chapters 30-32)
Naruto and Sakura enter their Genin into the Chunin exams where the first test they must search throughout the village for one of sixteen scrolls and fight their way to the village gate, labeled the safe zone. Hachi, the new leader of the Tatsumaki is convinced to search for a ninja who was sealed away long ago named Kurosaki Gekkou, who can use the Tsukiton ninjutsu, to aid Hachi in his quest for shinobi reform while Totosai has sent Sho, Sumi and two other orphan kids serving him to Konoha to participate in the Chunin exams in order for Sumi to kill Hiroshi.

*Chunin Exam: Race Sub-Arc: (Chapters 33-37)
Hiroshi, Shiro and Himawari make it to the second exam of the Chunin Exams which is a race to Nami no Kuni and back. While on their way, they're confronted by Akuma from the Tatsumaki who Hiroshi tries to fight until Kakashi and Sumi, revealing to be a Konoha spy, intervene and take over the fight.

Chunin Exam: Final Exam Training Sub-Arc: (Chapters 38-??)
Naruto gives his team the water walking technique before Himawari and Shiro go off to train with their fathers. Afterwards, it leaves Naruto only needing to focus on training with Hiroshi.

A Different World Arcs:

Return Home Arc: (Chapters 1-9)
On a mission near Kusagakure, Naruto is gravely injured and ends up in a coma. He wakes up inside a house where the windows were blacked out and the doors boarded up from the outside. Once he breaks out, Naruto finds the world is no longer the way it was before he went into a coma as the dead walk. Naruto is saved from being bitten by a ninja from Kusagakure. After he sacrifices himself to allow Naruto to escape his hideout, Naruto begins a journey back to Konohagakure alone where he is found by Shikamaru near Tanzaku Town. After Shikamaru's hideout is overrun by Walkers, Naruto convinces the group to head back to Konohagakure, believing it's still in tact.

Survival Arc: (Chapters 10-13)
After escaping from Konohagakure, which has become overrun by Walkers, Naruto regroups with Shikamaru and Choji to begin searching for Ino who was seperated from Naruto. She is found, having been captured by notorious Amekagure Missing-nin Kai and his younger brother Tai. After killing them and rescuing Ino, they take shelter on an elevated hill side with a waterfall and fresh water pond with a nice cave behind the waterfall to allow Ino to regain consciousness. After she does, the group decides to make it their home because it provides protection from Walkers. After Ino tells her story on what happened after escaping Konohagakure, Shikmaru goes off in search of Kotetsu, who is still missing.

The Saints Arc: (Chapters 14-21)
Sasuke is forced to flee his hideout when a massive horde of Walkers blocks his way and after collapsing from exhaustion, finds himself in a small village where he recovers. After going on a supply run for the village, he returns to find the village burning and finds out a group called The Saints were responsible and later he meets up with Naruto. While Sasuke is away looking for The Saints base, Naruto's group is attacked by The Saints where they meet their leader Father. Naruto ends up losing someone very important to him which in turn motivates Naruto to kill all of The Saints.

Winter Arc:(Chapters 22-26)
Naruto and Lee reach the Northeastern Outpost and Naruto learns the state of the world and what the survivors are planning to do. He also finds out Kakashi is alive and is the Hokage running out of Nami no Kuni. Naruto decides to go to Nami no Kuni to confront Kakashi on why he was left abandoned but he overhears two shinobi from Kirigakure and Izumo talking about an early winter storm which forces Naruto to return to the prison.

Life In Prison Arc: (Chapters 27-??)
Naruto and his group adjust to living behind the walls of Konoha Prison they call 'The Prison'. However, their lives will change forever after the arrival of the new survivors Yuko and Tensai.

The Way It Has To Be arcs: BEING REWRITTEN (I am in the process of rewriting The Way It Has To Be, nothing major, just fixing mistakes and rewording some parts, I'm in the process of writing a new chapter for the story to continue. It's been a long time but I'm working my way to being back)

Rescue Gaara arc: (Chapters 1-9)
Gaara is abducted by the Akatsuki. Suna calls for Konoha's help. Once Konoha and Suna track down where the Akatsuki took Gaara, Kakashi, Sasuke and Sakura get a surpise who one of those members is, Naruto.

Eliminate Kabuto arc: (Chapters 9-??)
After the rescuing Gaara mission, Minato puts Yamato, an ANBU Captain to lead Sasuke and Sakura to Rice Country in order to help Otokagure eliminate Kabuto who they fear is trying to return and take back Oto. Also, the Akatsuki send Naruto and Hashi to eliminate Kabuto as well because they view him as a threat.
