Statistically speaking, Lloyd had always known his chances of keeping all his limbs weren't exactly great, but that knowledge really doesn't help a whole lot now that he's down an entire arm. Luke Skywalker definitely had it easier, no matter what Nya says. Update: Lloyd learns what closure is.

After a whole adventure where two different worlds meet and decide to keep in contact, almost anything can happen. How do you interact with yourself or a different version of someone you know? Kai just wanted to get the job done, get paid, and be back on his ship with Nya safe by his side. Accidentally adopting an over-powered wizard kid was not on the agenda, even in the slightest. The fun part about coming out of disasters alive is getting to put yourselves back together afterwards, but at least they're all together this time. And just in time for the holidays, too! There are several immediate problems following the defeat of the Preeminent, one being the complete lack of an engine, and a second being Lloyd's painfully obvious need for three days worth of sleep. Cole's just hoping his new status as a ghost doesn't end up the third of those problems, but he's not much for hoping.

With the Never Realm freed and his family returned, Zane figures things should go right back to normal as they always do. But memory can be a terrible curse when facing the consequences, and the effects of the Ice Emperor go far deeper than the frostbite half of them managed to pick up. (S11 finale spoilers!)

Planning Lloyd's first birthday with them is proving more difficult than Cole had thought it'd be, because one, no one really knows how old he is anyways, and two, they're a full two days late now because no one in this family owns a calendar, apparently.

When Dabi is hit by a de-aging quirk, he's turned back to a 16 year-old U.A. Gen Studies student with self-esteem and parent issues, a destructive quirk, and no memory of the last five years. To help the Dabi of the past, present, and future, he is placed with Class 1-A. There, they must all face the question of whether he can change or if his destiny is already set in stone.

(AU) A trip to Ninjago city goes awry when a terrifying encounter causes one of Jay's friends to go missing.

In hindsight, Kai probably should've picked an emptier parking lot, but it's not really his fault that Sensei Wu didn't keep up with the insurance on the car. That's the price you pay for teaching a kid how to fly a dragon before he drives, he guesses. (Or, Kai teaches Lloyd to drive. It goes about as well as you'd expect.)

A bratty kid, a group of prospective Keyblade Masters, a legendary set of armor, and a being of immense darkness walk into a bar. Half of these things become family, half of them try to destroy the whole establishment. it's "what if ninjago, but with the worldbuilding and mechanics of kingdom hearts"! rating for later chapters, spoiler characters not listed ;]

Kai had never been scared of Lloyd, neither had any of the other Ninjas, or Wu, or Koko, but that all has to change, when Lloyd start acting weird, and later get violent. Kai has no idea what's going on, but one thing is certain. They should never have played with the Ouija Board. (Takes place in the movie verse.)

At the end of the day it's just another battle, just another endless cycle of repeated fears to deal with yet another time, so Kai and Lloyd get to work and start repairing things again. (March of the Oni spoilers!)

legacy is good and I'm just here to add sprinkles on the edges (aka just a couple things I noticed were left unexplained as of yet, in a series of short oneshots! Because it's impossible for me to leave things alone)

It's not even Lloyd's fault this time, really - he just happens to have terrible luck and a horrible sense of timing. It only makes sense that his bad luck would double then, if there are two of him running around (aka the inevitable movie!Lloyd meets show!Lloyd fic).

Challenge: 5 short stories in under 555 words! Oh, sure, elemental powers are dangerous. But you don't really see how dangerous they are until you're forced to come face to face with them. Just be glad you're dealing with Trained Elemental Masters(tm) and not kids w- oh wait dang sorry guys (final chapter: Lloyd sees a vision.)

In hindsight, letting Lloyd run loose on a holiday made for excessive candy consumption is probably a bad idea, but c'mon. You gotta take a break from training some time, and they're all suckers for Lloyd's puppy eyes anyways. (And yes, the title is shamelessly ripped off from Thriller.)

A list of things Kai hates right now, in no particular order: the ocean, sharks, and the fact that Sensei Garmadon has no idea how to properly celebrate defeating the Overlord. But most importantly the ocean.

AU Post Lego Ninjago Movie where Garmadon wants to spend some time with Lloyd and what better way than to go on a father/son camping trip? What could go wrong?

When Lloyd is injured, it's up to the ninja to tell weird stories and drink soda and go off on really long tangents in a very roundabout way of making him feel better. It works, we think.

In the aftermath of Harumi and Garmadon and the loss of Ninjago, Lloyd and Nya try to piece together what's left of their family - and figure out what comes next. It's a slow process.

[Currently being rewritten as "My Family's Blood"] Murphy's Law - anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. Lloyd just wished that it would apply to someone other than him. (Or: I rip up season 5 and spit it out worse, much worse.)

It wasn't Lloyd's fault, but he certainly felt like it was. Some others agreed.

The Samurai finally revealed him, or rather herself accidentally to Kai. All seems well until Kai was captured by Skales and a Constrictai right when the Samurai almost handed out the 4 Golden Weapons! Looks like ending turned into beginning, but why did they kidnap Kai and not the other ninja? What part does he play? Can he escape in time? And more importantly, is his fate sealed?
