When it comes to my fanfictions, I try to never go against what happened in the real stories. I like to think that my stories could have happened, which is why I avoid writing what obviously didn't happen. I tend to write about original characters in borrowed worlds, and when they do come into contact with with canonical characters, I try to write them as realistically as possible. Even when I do base a story on a canon character, I do my best to write things that do not contradict the original stories.

Shattered Trilogy

Shattered Clan

I was there when Scourge killed Tigerstar. I was there in the fight again LionClan. I saw Scourge die. BloodClan survived, however. Stronger even than before. It is no longer Scourge's BloodClan, no... It is mine. - Written before Ravenpaw's Path

I’ve always liked the bad guys, and BloodClan seemed like safe ground. I didn’t think that the Erins would go back to it. Then ‘Ravenpaw’s Path’ comes up, and ‘Shattered Peace’, but Shattered Clan was written and finished before that was published.
Anyway, I felt that BloodClan couldn’t just disappear, but I wanted a leader who would be better than Scourge. Learn from his mistakes and all that fun stuff. Hence, Shatter. He was meant to be evil, but since I liked him so much he drifted over to the sort-of good side. Oh well.

Shattered Past

After Scourge, there was Shatter. But where did Shatter come from? This is the beginning of the cat who became BloodClan's second great leader. Prequel to Shattered Clan.

I didn’t want to leave Shatter after finishing SC, so a prequel had to be done. I apologize in advance for the deaths of certain characters, but if you refer to the epilogue of SC, some of those cats were created dead. So they had to die. Also, I started writing SP with the evolved sort-of good Shatter, the brave and loyal one who only cared about defending his family. So, he needed a reason to become bitter, at least to explain the first few chapters of SC.

Shattered Five

After Scourge, there was Shatter. Who came after Shatter? This is a series of one-shots about Shatter's kits. Sequel to Shattered Clan.

His kits needed personalities, and I felt like they deserved a little bit of a future. Just a little glimpse into each kit’s life, to see if Hail became a healer like he wanted, to see if Star stayed whiny, to see if Storm and Hunter (especially Storm) got over Stalker’s death. As for Stalker, I wanted to explore how a kit would deal with living in The End.

Written in Ink

Ten years after the end of Inkdeath, a quick look into the life of one of the main characters. For those of us who like Farid more than Doria.

I wrote this in about 10 minutes right after finishing Inkdeath. I was annoyed with Meggie for picking Doria, the random newcomer, over Farid, a character we actually knew. Farid deserves better.
