Hello, and welcome to my profile page. I have been a member of fanfiction.net for quite a while (under a different pen name) but after taking a break from writing, I have returned with more stories.

I have a Bachelor's degree in English (shocking, considering I have a lot of editing to do for my stories...haha) and love reading. I am currently pursuing an Education degree and hope to become a high school English teacher after I graduate.

My favourite authors are: J.K.Rowling, Anne Rice, Mary Shelley, Oscar Wilde, Charles Dickens, the Bronte Sisters, Jane Austen, Edgar Allan Poe, Victor Hugo, L.M. Montgomery, Farley Mowat, Thomas Hardy, Stephen King, Robert Louis Stevenson, Bram Stoker, and many more. I really enjoy Gothic fiction and have always been interested in vampires. However, I have not read Twilight so I cannot comment about Stephanie Meyer's writing (or lack there of, from what I hear from some). My degree focus is in 19th century fiction and Gothic literature, which have been sources of inspiration for Melancholia.

Castlevania Lament of Innocence is my favorite game in the series besides Symphony of the Night. I am quite partial to AlucardxMaria pairings and love reading them. I am also interested in Yaoi pairings (if they are written well and believable) such as AdrianXRichter, AdrianXSoma, JoachimXWalter, and JoachimXLeon. However, I do not exclusively read yaoi fanfics.

I also enjoy reading other fics from categories like: Silent Hill, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and Harry Potter.
