 Author has written 30 stories for Card Captor Sakura, Digimon, Teen Titans, Beyblade, Harry Potter, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh GX, Legend of Korra, Young Justice, and Batman. Sup 8D I'm Aestivate, 20 year old female writer, for the curious. I'm primarily a thinker, secondarily a writer. Fanfiction has been in my life for a pretty long time, although I've fallen out of the habit of reading most because I'm a stickler for originality, characters that are in character, and then some. Needless to say I'm a bit of a hypocrite in that respect, since I'm pretty bad at both. I also have a habit of disliking OCs, and will only tolerate AU to a degree. I tend to stray away from the cliche. I'm really bad at finishing things, if you notice from the numerous stories on my page that have been pretty much dropped. I usually keep up with stories according to my interest in the fandom. My updating speeds range from very fast, to sluggish, to never. Needless to say I'm a bit spontaneous and unpredictable as a writer. I'm very focused on keeping things in-character and moving, especially with more plot-driven stories. Since I primarily write romance (or have fanfiction in which romance plays a huge part), naturally I have pairing preferences depending on the fandom. update 11/26 - i've all but given up on keeping up with my chaptered fics. life is too busy, etc. |
