Author has written 1 story for Sailor Moon. First and foremost, I'm a Christian. I enjoy anything and everything that has to do with the BIBLE, and will never understand why so many people hate it so much. My favorite topics to discuss pertaining to the BIBLE are mostly the life and times of Jesus Christ. I also enjoy talking about controversial topics (such as DaVinci Code, The Bible Code, Shroud of Tourin, things of that nature), as I find them most stimulating! Secondly, I'm a musician. I enjoy all types of music, except hard rock (i.e. metal) and rap. Mostly I listen to musicals ("Oklahoma" and "CATS"), orchestral (John Williams is my favorite), country (Julianne Hough, Brooks & Dunn, Garth Brooks, etc), and Contemporary Christian (Point of Grace, NewsBoys, etc). Thirdly, I am a writer. I am currently working on a few different works, one a Christian Fiction, one an adventure, and one's just totally messed up. Just to give me a break, I started writing fanfiction again (I did years and YEARS ago, and sadly, my story isn't here anymore :( ). One thing about my style, however, is I don't start posting until I have a finished product. Now, what does that all mean for my writing? Let's break it down: 1) Christian: I tend to write fiction that has a Monotheistic view of life. Depending on the situation, I may have my characters praying to the One True God. I may also use phrases like, "God, get me out of this one," or "Dear Lord, I hope not!" If this is something that is going to get in the way of you enjoying my stories, then I advise you don't read them. I want you to enjoy the story, but I need you to understand where I'm coming from. On that same note, I will say this: If the original story (if you check my beta proflie, characterization is a huge thing with me) is polytheistic, I will keep it that way (i.e. Xena - Greek Mythology). But if the story doesn't have any view, Monotheism will be the assumption. 2) Musician: I tend to work towards the arts - writing and music especially. That means, despite what seems to be popular belief among fanfiction writers, USAGI CAN SING! I've heard her. She sounds a lot like Anza Ooyama. Can you guess my favorite "Moon" from the musicals? Face it, they're all good, but no one - and I mean NO ONE - can play "Usagi, the brat;" "Usagi, the teen mom;" "Usagi, the Senshi;" AND "Usagi, the princess" like Anza could. Of all four moons (Anza, Fumina, Miyuki, and Marina), Anza could really embody all aspects of Usagi, where the other three really could embody only one aspect. 3) Writer: How I write is how I write. I do take criticism to heart, so if you don't like something, I request you tell me, but in the form of constructive criticism. If you have any suggestions on how to improve my writing, I welcome those suggestions as well. Any questions, e-mail me. I don't mind answering questions. God Bless!! UNIVERSAL DISCLAIMER: This site is called FANfiction, correct? Well, that in itself is a disclaimer since it is saying it is fiction written by FANS. So, in order to have FANS, by default the characters must be owned by someone else. Therefore, we as writers do not own the characters we use - we are merely FANS of the characters and write our own FICTION with said characters. See how that works? FANs who write FICTION. Hense, FANFICTION. But since some people can be titchy: I write, but I only own my stories and the characters I create. In some of my fics, I shall be using songs from Sera Myu (the Sailor Moon Musicals), and no, I don't own them either. They are the sole property of their composer (whose name escapes me, but she is a musical genius!). I do not own the songs I write stories to. To explain: Part of what I love about being a musician is that music literally speaks to me. Sometimes, depending on what I'm listening to, I get images in my head, and therefore put them on paper - in either the form of fanfiction (see "Flying..." in Vacation!) or my own prose. So, everyone, there you have it. My disclaimer. I shall not repeat it in my stories (except Vacation! since it is already posted). I shall simply say in the description to see my profile for the disclaimer. That way, you can get to enjoying (or not) the story instead of reading through all the legalese. |
