Awkward Confessions - by chapters

1. January 11th, 1991 — Mai joins Lin and Naru for dinner for the first time. (It was Lin’s birthday)
2. January 26th, 1991 — Lin admits to Naru that he’s in love with Mai.
3. March 28th, 1991 — Naru’s plan is set in motion. Naru gets sick. Mai and Lin take care of a sick Naru together for the first time.
4. July 4th, 1992 — Gene disappears without saying goodbye. Naru and Mai mourn Gene. (Day after Mai’s 19th birthday)
5. January 7th, 1993 — Lin and Mai have their first dinner alone. Mai consciously decides to move on from Gene.
