Wa watashi animea-hime~ (Yes in fact I did change my pen name, I was formely known as dolphie-chama, but I thought I better stop confusing you guys or you'll get angry at some point...)

Animes I have watched include Pokemon, Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Cardcaptor Sakura, Digimon, Tenchi Muyo, Basilisk, Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040, GundamSEED, GundamSEED Destiny, Inuyasha, Full Metal Alchemist, Initial D, Trigun, Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch, Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pure, The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Blood, Yakitate! My favourite colour is pink and black, my hair colour is black, my eye colour is dark brown. I am currently moving into year 11, in American terms I think that would be a junior and I think in Japanese terms, that would be 2nd year senior school? If that helps.

I have an inspiration and am currently writting a Naruto fic, but when I feel it is substantial and actually good, I will post it up here. In other words, I am working on it... XP

A LITTLE CLARIFICATION

Guess what guys, I know this may seem a little shocking but oh my god, I write for me- this means I write when I want, how I want! And yes this does in fact mean that your little PMs and whatever else are not going to encourage the production of my writing! God forbid! I personally don't see anything great about these stories and in any case, I do in fact have a life!! I am constantly busy, so do you think I have even five minutes to spare to open up word, type out something, edit it and post it?! I am starting my HSC course and I need every second I can get, so god forbid that I actually place my life before fanfiction...and in saying that, I'll be all honest here, I have not actually been on the internet for personal pleasure let alone Fanfic in hmm...almost THREE months! I am totally sorry (not) that I have not been living up to your expectations and posting every day of the week, but ha! You are not my keeper and you have nothing to do with the price of fish! Yes you heard me!

...Oh and another thing, no, you can not go writing up my stories to finish them as you please, I will finish them when I please, they are my stories so ha! I already have planned what to do, but I don't have the time of day :P bleh!!

So now, would you please leave me be and let me live my life how I want to?

ANIME AND MANGA REVIEWS

Because I can, and I’m cool like that I’m going to put up some personal reviews I have done for various anime/manga series. It’s pretty simple how I’ll do it, I’ll comment on the anime, what I liked and what I didn’t like and then give it a grade from A to F, simple yea? Okay let’s go!

1. Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne

Seeing as it was in the shoujo category, I suppose I shouldn’t really complain too much…The anime style was a little DBZ but the colours were better and the actually characters were too. The story overall was pretty entertaining, I am proud to say it is one of the many animes I have seen the whole way through. Sure enough I myself thought I was going to give up, but it is quite good, even the manga is good and the anime doesn’t stray too much from the manga, which is what I like. The only major fault that I personally find is that the ending was all sappy and happy, to be honest, I was hoping for a much sadder and angsty ending, but we can’t all get what we want, and I did say it was a shoujo series. If you don’t know what shoujo means, I suggest you look it up.

Rating: B

2. Kamichama Karin

Some say that Mermaid Melody is very similar to Sailor Moon, and for those who liked Cardcaptor Sakura, I believe you will like this anime. I don’t mean to be rude or anything, but this anime is practically a mini-Cardcaptors, the characters are actually quite similar to one another, and perhaps Cardcaptors is the mini-Kamichama Karin, but you know, I watched CCS first so I shall say KK is the mini version of it! Haha! Seriously if you look, the main character has an eerily similar appearance to Sakura, which is pretty cool in my opinion anyway. Personally I found it pretty good, more so for the fact that there seemed to be intent to make fun of other shoujo series, which I think is quite funny. I mean, seriously!

Karin is like a carbon copy of Sakura, one of the outfits Sakura wears is almost exactly the same to the main outfit Karin wears, Kazune is practically the mini Syaoran and Himeka is like the same as Tomoyo, their appearance and almost everything is the same. Well that’s my own personal opinion. I really liked the anime style, it’s actually quite cute, and if I am thinking of the right anime, the anime style is quite similar to DigiChara and despite it being similar to Cardcaptors; there is pieces of humor you wouldn’t find in CCS.

Rating: B

3. Karin (Chibi Vampire)

Here’s another one where I absolutely hated the ending, however, I generally like Vampire series, so this one has my thumbs up. The main character, Karin, is almost the typical shoujo character, clumsy, has big boobs and dense. I’m not going to deny it; a lot of characters seem to be that way. The style of anime is quite cool; it’s very different to other styles and almost borders on American cartoon style which is pretty damn good! This one, even though I don’t like the sappy ending, has a quite humorous ending that resulted in me laughing for quite some time, it’s so sad for me at times.

Rating: B-

4. Special A

Okay, this may be a little bias…but then again, that is the point of a review, to give your opinion…I like this anime a lot, it’s still not complete (at least not the anime; I’m not sure about the manga, scanalations haven’t been posted in a while) but it has reached my top favourites I have to say. I like a good comedy and this one has it, I have to say, Tadashi is one of my favourite characters in it, as well as the School President. The anime style is a very typical anime style I suppose at times, but it’s so much better. It’s rather cute and isn’t all that cliché either which is excellent, sure the main character is dense as, but oh well…it makes her so cute…XD I really like the story line because I haven’t seen of something similar to it before, in fanfictions perhaps but not in anime or manga, it’s a really well thought out series.

Rating: A+

5. Shugo Chara!

Like Special A, it has reached my top favourites. Again, it’s a very typical shoujo anime, and for once, a ten year old girl looks like a ten year old girl, and a twelve year old girl doesn’t look like a fracken 18 year old! The cute little guardian characters are adorable, and I have to say, Miki has to be my favourite; her character is very similar to mine. I my self have my own hopes for the anime, but undoubtedly, it won’t go that way. Scanalations has yet to come to me in English, which makes me feel like it’s a dead series, but I’m very persistent and I will wait for them! The style is absolutely adorable! The characters are so cute, and if I have to say my self, the characters aren’t all that typical of anime characters; I mean you have a crazy little blonde kid who wants to rule the world and be called king! Those segments where he goes on massive rampages is absolutely hilarious! I mean, what anime has that? The themes in the anime are really good too, I mean, it virtually is all about growing up, belonging and the conflict that goes in your heart as you grow up as a kid, I’ll give a figurative cookie to the person who believes that they have never questioned life and stuff about them selves inwardly (or not) like the characters in this series do. The themes are real life, where or not the little guardian characters and magical powers are, which would pretty damn cool, I wanna turn into something like Amulet Spade, haha… where did my childhood go?

Rating: A+

6. Puchimon

This series hasn’t been made into an anime yet, but you never know when it will…The series is unbelievably cute, and I love little Nyamu when she was a little fella! Absolutely adorable! It’s hard to imagine any one hating the little thing. There is this air of mystery surrounding it, yet you feel as if you know what’s going to happen. I personally just hope it doesn’t end in typical shoujo manga style…Sure enough there are some typical anime characters in it, I mean there are limited animes where they haven’t used the typical quite girl who complies with everything, the loud mouth and the obnoxious, confident girl/boy. The series has an interesting anime style which almost borders on chibi, but more than likely, it’s because of the age that’s trying to be shown.

Rating: A-

7. Lucky Star

Now I have my deep suspicions on this anime, but what can you go? The dance in it is unbelievably addicting like the Hare Hare Yukai dance in the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. I think it’s absolutely funny and really reflects the typical anime fan, who if I had the money would copy and dress up and go to conventions and work at a cosplay café, but where in this day and age in Australia is such a place? I’m at least grateful that there are Cons regularly here…my brother really doesn’t like the anime, but what does he know? The characters are very much chibi which is rather disturbing at times, but I believe it makes people thinking about the appearances of people and saying that you can’t judge a book by it’s cover at times. With those chibi characters you even have chibi voices; which is actually quite disturbing, but none the less the anime is quite funny and a good comedy!

Rating: A-

8. Vampire Knights

I believe that this will soon become a very popular anime like Bleach and Naruto. The series is very interesting and the style is amazing! The story is pretty cool and I won’t spoil too much for you, I’d hate it if some one did it to me without my consent. Sure enough, sticking to my firm believe, the anime doesn’t match up to the manga, but what are you going to do? I personally think the manga style is much better than the anime, where the anime is…perhaps…a bit off…maybe I’m just delusional…Zero is quite the character I have to say, very interesting and emo and angsty indeed…I love it…the series even has some…questionable…themes in it…like incest (sorta) which is oh so yummy for me….hello Uchicest = LOVE! It’s kinky, it’s sexy, I’m demented in the head, enough said, but none the less the anime and manga both are bloody awesome!

...Well this is shocking, I recently learned that it's only a 13 episode series and the sequel won't be coming out till about October something, what a shocker =O Very disappointing mind you...I thought it still had more episodes to go, considering that the manga is like still going, maybe it'll be like Naruto and Bleach with all these funny arcs...

Rating: A-

9. Bleach

Okay, I’m going to be very critical here, I am definitely NOT happy! I mean, Bleach is the fudging awesome series and all, and in both the anime and manga, but WTH!? Kubo Tite-sama, just what are you planning? Am I the only one lost with the story line? What exactly has been happening in the last ten chapters or so? It makes no sense! Come on people! Please explain it to me! The chapters are now being numbered -103, not too long ago it was chapter 315! Now, with the anime, though it seems very interesting and everything, can some one please explain how the hell they all suddenly transported from Hueco Mundo and back into Kurakura?! And go on with life like nothing happened? Is this like a section possibly just after the Vizard Arc and before Entering Hueco Mundo Arc? To be honest, it sort of feels like a movie that’s been broken down into episodes…speaking of which when is the next Bleach Movie (Diamond Dust Rebellion) coming out? Is it out? Is it subbed? Anyway, for confusing Animea beyond all belief and making my head hurt, I’m sorry, but even though I love this anime like I like Naruto (if you have yet to notice I like it a lot!) my rating is going to be very harsh.

10. Naruto Shippuden

I like, I like, I like! Masashi Kishimoto-sama, the manga has far exceeded my youthful hopes!! ILU!! Anyway, yes, if you can’t tell I love the recent chapters of Naruto and even more so the episodes! I always knew Itachi loved Sasuke!! Wheee! To Uchicest…haha… so sue me! I like a questionable pairing! I feel like in a way, Kishimoto-sama is just feeding us what we all want; I mean I can’t count how many people thought Itachi killed the clan but not Sasuke because of the desire to protect him in a sick and twisted way. Haha, it must only be fueling the Uchicest fans…The latest chapter (400) made me cry, I was so delighted to see that, usually it’s only animes which make me cry, but, this chapter made me cry…actually now that I think about it, the only other manga series which made me cry in a part of Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne…

Rating: A+ + + + + + + +

11. Pokemon Diamond and Pearl

Call me a loser, but dammit, I still like it, I mean, it’s what started my love for anime (along with CCS) and excuse me for only having access to the dubbed version, but I’m not really that pleased with the Diamond and Pearl series, to be honest. The voices are horrible after the change, and the contests are called super contests? I mean from what I have seen it’s like going back on episode 13 or 14 or something like that when Brock gets his Vulpix…and besides that…there’s no Drew and May, which means no Contestshipping…waah!! Sure I admit Ikarishipping is cute, but Contestshipping pwns!

Rating: C
