I haven't been updating too much these days, but I'm trying to change that.

I was warned by a couple of anonymous reviewers that Bravura was on her way to becoming/had become a Sue. This made me giggle tremendously, cuz… well, I don’t mean to be snarky (much), but Brav’s always been a Sue, people! She’s an orphan, she had amnesia, she’s been raped in both stories, she's a human-turned robot, she has canon characters fighting over her, she flies, she's a twin… I mean, yeah, I try to make her likable… but she IS a Sue XD And as she said in the chapter 25, some all powerful being likes to watch her suffer. That’s me, folks. I chuckle madly as she gets the sht beat out of her : )

First Impressions: The result of me fantasizing about transformers after the 2007 movie came out, of course, and my first foray into writing fanfiction. My first exposure to TF was Beast Wars, which I watched religiously every day before the bus came to pick me up in elementary school. I started writing First Impressions while watching MTV. I didn't intend to take it seriously, in fact I planned to go mega mary sue. Instead, i became fond of Bravura and made her only mostly mary sue. I have since then tried to make her as imperfect as possible, which I think I've succeeded at. She's perfectly imperfect. Wait... damnit...!

Outliving Extinction: First Impressions sequel. Could have easily stayed in First Impressions rather than presented as a sequel, but I wanted to make the distinction between her life on Earth and her growth period in space, which I believe she's done quite a bit.

One Disaster Less: My complete inability to settle with one pairing or the other led to me creating the OE AU in which Brav ends up with Raj and... Dirge, sorta.

The Deer: A random side story that is in the whole brav-verse i've got going, where a deer is killed by Skywarp's invention and revived into a new life by Sam/The Allspark. It will have a part to play someday.

Green Thumb: Me playing around with District 9 because I... hmm. I most love the smut XD Mine's not smut, just a little family/fluff blurb. Might do more. Might not. Depends.

On a satisfied note: I made Skywarp, well, not dumb, when I wrote FI. Everybot still believes him to be fairly stupid, even his trinemates, but then he goes and builds an invention that transforms Bravura?! What? Well, there's a wal-mart exclusive Skywarp toy that came out for the 2009 movie that has him as Megatron's awesome inventor dude. I felt that whoever made Skywarp's bio was smiling on me from the heaven that is hasbro.

Movies I like: Pride and Prejudice, Transformers (cartoon and 2007, 2009 is excluded), Moulin Rouge, Zoolander, Howl's Moving Castle, Emma, The Iron Giant, Sense and Sensibility, Shaun of the Dead, Labyrinth, Iron Man, The Fountain, V for Vendetta, Milk, Blood Diamond

Books I like: All of Jane Austen's stuff, The Blue Sword by Robin McKinley, The Silver Metal Lover by Tanith Lee (you TF fans might like this one), The Forgotten Beasts of Eld by Patricia Mckillip, Survival by Julie Czerneda (freaking shocking at the end), the Rhapsody Series by Elizabeth Haydon, the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series by Douglas Adams, the Poisonwood Bible by Barbara Kingsolver, the Animorphs series by Applegate (I loved that series as a kid. Aliens!)

Things I like: Dogs, being asleep, the color green, listening to stuff like Vienna Teng and 30 Seconds to Mars, eating from China One (only a certain One) and buying things I can't really afford. And fanfics of course :)

Things I hate: The majority of the male population, the fact that I'm so hick I first wrote that line 'things a hate', people who won't chew with their mouth closed, animal abusers, the color purple (skywarp's purple, poor fellow. it's what's on the inside that counts. But only when you're a hot transformer. Men are all f-tards on the inside. Except the fruity ones, who are adorable in all their catty glory.)
