Ok, I blame my uncle for getting me into the writing buzz, He's a painter and He's taken me to some fab places and he's let me go off and explore while he paints so yeah!

then I also blame my boss for the Labyrinth story I am writing at the moment, He lent me the DVD along with some others and I was hooked

Not Another Ballroom is my first story that has actually been as long as it is, its like my child, and I get very nervous about putting chapters up because then I have to wait for reviews.

My mum died in feb of this year and for a while I just couldn't write anything it was like my muse had packed its bag and decided to jet off to the antarctic or straight into a black hole, but thanks to My boss, My best friend and my Cusis I am now writing.

I tend to write happy things as I much prefer fics where everything ends happy, but in NAB there is going to be a sad element that spans a few chapters. (currently plotting that now) It stems from my own personal experiences and I'm sorry if anyone feels saddened by those chapters.

I'd just like to thank you all for reading my stories (even if you haven't reviewed) and to say whatever bad things happen there is always something good just around the corner to brighten up the rest of your day

well Chapter eight is up and some of Jareth's secrets are being dragged kicking and screaming out of the proverbial closet! and about time too, one of these is Sylvestra who is lovely, Lady Isithrade and I spent hours on the phone talking about her and her relationship with our Dear GK I first had the idea of her character because Jareth seems kinda nice-ish right now and its just a little plot twist to annoy you all, (sorry I'm very bad I will stop I promise) I came up with the idea of her name and Lady Isithrade helped me out with the backstory for her so all credit is hers I just own Sylve's bones and some muscles and her name, everything else is Isithrade's oh and of course the reason for her being where she is right now, Me and Isithrade had a right laugh over that but thats by the by, it also involved Jareth singing dancing in the street so the less said the better.

On another note sixteen reviews for this piece of nonsense I can't believe it, I would have been happy for ten reviews once this whole saga was finished, but yeah Thank you to the whole lot of you who have reviewed, and all of you who have read and not reviewed I know what its like to be shy so thank you for reading every on It really does mean a lot

any way back to my pot scrubbing before the boss collars me

wow well after RL has finally let me out of its clutches chapter nine is up! and chapter ten is being written as we speak. I thought that I wouldn't be able to write any more of this after my RL got in the way but things have taken an unexpected twist and it seems that I have more than enough ammo to get some of the more cooler characters thanks to my RL experience.

so enough of my Jabbering and enjoy chapter nine and chapter ten will be up real soon I promise!

sorry... a million sorrys to you all who have been waiting for the next chapter in NaB my rl is hectic and I am on countdown for my panto of Ali Baba (playing the main role of Ali this year) and rehearsals have been full on... so sorry I have just begun writing chapter ten as my computer had died on me a while back so chapter ten is being written from scratch... it should be up before christmas hopefully.. i really will try because i have its sequel waiting in the wings... so yes to all of you patient reviewers please continue to be patient and chapter ten will be with you asap

Ok hey guys I am yet again soo sorry for not having an update and Just having this nonsensical piece of rambling fluff to present to you good readers and reviewers, and the only reason is that is my cousin!!!

Yes I know it sounds like I'm shifting the blame but really I'm not! it was my 21st last month and so my lovely cousin bless her came over and got me hooked on 'Tin Man' which is a Scify mini series... Staring among others Alan Cumming who is like my favourite actor of all time. so She came over introduced me to the character that is called Glitch and everything went to hell really, since then i have been writing something for her because she had the flu (which she is now over!) i am hoping to write a Tin Man fic at some point but with some original characters (I.E of my own making) as thanks to my cousin I have a lot of them flying around... But dear reader that does not mean that my NaB is on hiatus at all, I just need a good healthy dose of the Goblin King and I'll be writing away like there is no tomorrow Plus if anyone has the time and inclination to be my beta reader for NaB and possibly Tin Man i would be greatly happy, I would give you a toffee covered Jareth, Cain Glitch or all of them!!!

Hi all you guys that actually read this! Can i just say I know I have things that I need to be updating, I know this, but at the moment the Sherlock Muse has bitten and I am busy writing that, Rest assured that NAB will be finished, eventually as will my Tin Man fiction, but just not right now!

For all of you that take time to Read and Review 'And that's how the Fight Started' I'd just like to say how awed I am for your support, seriously, We've been on a fabulous ride together with Sherlock and John, and its not over yet, nope! so thank you, all of you it means the world to me!

Happy new year to you all! well what a year I had in 2010, now 2011 is here what can you expect from this writer? Hello Loveys!!!!

Such a long time I am still here but recently thanks to breaking up with my fella i have lost the interest in my stories. I am going to treat this as an epic writers block though and plough through it, so please all of you feel free to poke me with a pointy stick till I relent and write a chapter of whatever takes your fancy! Hello Lovely People!!!

I know I know DandI is calling but tough I have been bitten by the Once Upon a time bug.. Or should that be Killian Jones and Ariel... Yes I know she's not an actual character there yet, but I think the two of them would work quite well hence the new fic War, there was meant to be a prequel to it, and its being written but war would not let me carry on writing the prequel until the first chapter of war was written and posted.

So now it has been i will be busy as a bilge rat on the prequel which will be called Sea..

So hugely sorry I Just haven't felt up to writing what with coursework, and I know people want DandI but all i could seem to wring from my fried brain was a chapter of Sea, so there it is bouncing up and down for your reading pleasure... oooh kinky!

gosh its been ages since I have done an update...

so Its now 2020... seven years since my last update, I'm still very much alive.. but just haven't been feeling up to fanfic recently, I promise I will be getting back to it.

The reason behind that is myself and my other half.. (or as he's affectionately known, the hobbit...) we've started writing our own original work, in the form of a script, which we're hoping will be a podcast. it was the Hobbits idea, and he sort of cosyed up to me and said hey you like writing... I've got this brilliant idea... now over a year on the phrase 'and that was how the fight started' has never been more apt. (I jest, we're both still alive... just...)

so please do be patient, I like to say I'll have more time to update here when series one of the podcast is done... but honestly I don't think so but I promise to throw an update for things your way soon Fanfic world.

I love you all, you've been soo supportive to this aspiring writer...
