I am a self-proclaimed hopeless romantic, mixed with a little sci-fi fan, with just a dash of a forensic/legal interest thrown in for good measure! And I LOVE cowboys - but who doesn't, right?

Some of my favorite TV shows (both past and present) are Firefly, Human Target, Detroit 187, Life on Mars, The Unusuals, The Dresden Files, ST Enterprise, Stargate Atlantis, Lost, Primeval, Terra Nova, Falling Skies, Defying Gravity, Eureka, Alphas, Grimm, Vegas (2012), Almost Human, Arrow, Beauty & The Beast (2013), Marvel's Agents of Shield, Atlantis on the BBC (2013), the Tin Man mini-series and the Taken mini-series.

Favorite movies are all of the Star Wars, Star Trek, Indiana Jones, James Bond, and Mission Impossible movies of course, plus Broken Arrow, Practical Magic, Sahara, Van Helsing, Australia, Lake Placid (only the first one!), The Mummy w/ Brendan Fraser, Robin Hood w/ Kevin Costner, Laura Croft Tomb Raider, This Means War, The Lucky One, Cowboys and Aliens, and all Marvel's Avengers movies including Captain America, Thor, and Iron Man.

Seems kind of all over the place, huh? But if you look closer, you will probably see a pattern emerge with most of them. Hint: look for the cute guy with the gorgeous smirk and kinda smart-ass attitude, who is loyal and protective of those he cares about, and who can be tender and romantic or stubborn as hell and tough as nails, depending on the situation. He's usually blue or green-eyed and handy with a gun. And yes, I was lucky enough to find a guy like that for real and life is wonderful after more than 20 years together!
