![]() Author has written 3 stories for School Rumble, Haruhi Suzumiya series, and Persona Series. I am Legion, for we are many. I write for fun, not out of obligation. If an idea interests me enough, I'll probably end up writing it, else.../shrug. But honestly, I'm just a regular guy who writes when he's bored. Really, writing isn't a mainstay hobby of mine, so I only actually write when I really feel unsatisfied with a series's ending, or when there is just some unexplained or underdeveloped character/plot that I want to explore. Usually it just stays in my head, while I spend time on the sacred trinity of gaming, anime, and manga. Reading on/off whenever I really enjoy any series, but my first submitted work was from boredom after a dissatisfying ending (School Rumble). But, as I said before, I write out of boredom. If I don't update or write new stories, it's because I'm just not interested at the time. No point writing unless I enjoy it. Regardless, I will eventually go back and continue my stories, despite not really planning them out beforehand. Or at least I'll try to. If I've lost interest in a series that I started a story about, then I might not really be in a mood to go back to writing it. Also, if you know who I am in real life, I'd appreciate that if you talk to me about this (this being me writing fanfiction), please do so privately. It's not a hobby I want to parade around. Projects: What Could Be (Cancelled): Started writing after re-reading the School Rumble series, and the extremely disappointing ending. Nothing is resolved, and everything basically goes back to square one in terms of development. And I guess, even though the canon/WordOfGod pairing is Harima and Eri, I just find myself enjoying Harima and Yakumo more. Not that I dislike Eri as a character, but there's just something that I find more pleasing with Yakumo's interactions with Harima than Eri. Personal preference I suppose. Anyway, currently at chapter 2 of this, with chapter 3 slowly crawling its way towards completion. Notice the bold and underlined. I probably average one sentence a week, if that. Like I said earlier, I write when I want to write. Unfortunately, I realize that was a bad choice on my part to try for a long, chapter-based story when I probably can't stay committed to it, especially if I lose interest with a series and become obsessed with another one. But yeah...I'll keep working on this one and hopefully the next update will appear before this time next year. Well, I lied. I have completely forgotten everything about this series. Don't expect an update, I am dearly sorry to anyone that was still looking forward to one. That Weird Girl (Complete): I've explained most of my thoughts on this in the author's notes of the story. Kyon is just that interesting of an unreliable narrator, in my opinion. Even if I'm rooting more for Kyon to end up with Nagato (what is it with me and choosing the second place pairings...), Kyon and Sasaki was an interesting something to think about. I would be alright if the main series had more of it, despite the extreme, extreme unlikeliness (or impossibility). Arcana Chance (In-Progress): Got into the Persona series recently thanks to a friend, and I really like reading about the interactions between both groups, so I guess I wanted to join in on the fun? My interest is slowly dropping, but hopefully it'll be fixed when the anime comes out. Don't expect frequent updates, but I'll try my best. Future Projects: A True Hero: Valkyria Chronicles one-shot where Avan learns the tale of a certain Gunther who lost her life in the war. Dawn After The Rain: Another Haruhi one-shot that deals with that odd relationship between Kyon and Sasaki, this time from her perspective. |
