I welcome you to my humble abode. The name, you ask? My name is Avery Dawnhale. It's not my real name, and if you ask don't expect me to answer. I love the minor characters in a book, I do not know why. I just think they deserve to shine as well as the main characters.

I have been on this site since late 2009 or early 2010. I had two accounts that I do not use anymore because my writing was bad and embarrassing. I hoped it's not the case this time!

I am a student, and please know that I am a very busy student. I always wish to be highest in my classes and most respected. And of course, that requires dedication and intelligence. Which takes some time and patience. And I may not always update frequently. I truly hope you understand.

English is not my first language. That's why I have a Beta. I can speak English, (and a bit of French) but I am not confident when I do. Even though I live in Auckland. I still have this hideous accent. -_- Seriously.

Disguises: (Completed/Two Chapters)

I was reading the whole series on a holiday because I was bored and had nothing to do. While I was reading the book, I was introduced to Trevor. I was hit by a plot bunny and the bunny told me to me to write a story for Trevor Mitchell. The bad-boy, the soccer player and the boy who is madly in love with Raven. I always thought of Trevor as an insecure boy hidden beneath a cold exterior, and even though he doesn't want to listen to what his mind is saying, he knows (in the back of his mind) that's it's too late to make Raven love him back.

Disguises is now finished/abandoned. I have no inspiration left to write a Vampire Kisses novel. It is edited by my Beta, Brittany.

She Sits Still in Beauty (Completed/38 Chapters)

She Sits Still in Beauty is a drabble/poetry story featuring Jasper and Bella. This story is in Jasper's POV. They form a friendship without the Cullens and anybody else on their way. Jasper and Bella are bare and open to another. No secrets. No lies.

I had no outline for this story when I wrote it for the first time. Though I decided to make one after Chapter Ten. I just had to make sure that Jasper and Bella was well taken care of. Some reviewers say that they don't want Bella as a Mary Sue or a depressed girl and I listened to them. I did not want Bella to turn out like that. So there comes the plot line. Thick and poetic. Bella, in this story, is clearly trying to move on. She finds it quite hard but with the aide of Jasper, she's taking baby steps to becoming a free and independent woman. I wanted a different (but still the same) Bella when I wrote SSIB. I wanted to make sure the readers know that this is still Canon Bella but she is still clearly different. It is not only love what we learn from this story though. It's about taking a stand of what you want.

The Depths of Love and Pain (Completed/One-Shot)

This story was inspired by the song, A Thousand Years by Christina Perri. This story really pushed me to the edge, since it's my first time writing a very long chapter and writing a battle scene. And leaving Snape alive never seems to work with me either, Snape just isn't for the living world, I guess. I think he deserves to be somewhere else. And I'm pretty sure the living world will never forget him, even though he's a greasy-old git.

Icy Truths (Possibly Abadoned/Complete/Incomplete/?)

This Vampire Academy fanfic was born on a boring winter night with nothing to do. I was strolling on endless stories in the VA fanfiction category and not once did I saw a story made out of poems, so you see, I got kind of excited. Silly me. I thought it would be quite popular and I would be able to update daily and maybe improve on my poetry writing, however that quite wasn't the case. School was hard, English was demanding, and I simply don't have the time nor the strength to write something with inspiration. So maybe that's why Icy Truths didn't go so well.

I do not have a Beta, so all mistakes are on me. I don't know if I would continue writing VA fanfic for my own amusements, but if you want me to then drop a review and I just might update. :)

A Few Shades of Everything (Incomplete/Currently on hold)

This story as it has not been updated in 2014 is now going through an adoption process. I am currently looking for a Fanfiction author or just a simple writer, that can write that I feel can handle and will care for the story as much as I can. As of right now, I am still currently looking for someone take care of AFSOE. Thank you all for your support.

Currently I'm enjoying Batman, Wicked Lovely, Fifty Shades of Grey and Superman fanfictions. Hmm...I'm very interested to see where I'm going with this.

Outside the realm of visual and written fanfictions. I have also started to swim into the depths of Prince Harry and One Direction, specifically Niall, fanfictions. I know it seems weird - but that's just me. I've actually written my first Prince Harry fanfiction over at Tumblr.

Apart from fanfictions, I'm also thinking of starting actually starting a fiction of my own. The characters will be mine, plot, everything. I know it's going to be hard work, but I'm up for it. (As soon as school finishes, that is.)

As of February 8, 2014:

I am currently not writing any stories as of this point. This and next year are the most important years that would decide my university life after I graduate high school. This makes me incredibly busy, too tired to write, and sometimes just feeling lazy to write anything. As months passed by, I relised that I am coming to the conclusion that I am a reader and not a writer. I love reading books, stories, ideas but writing is becoming increasingly difficult for me. It wasn't just how it used to be. While I still write, here and there, it will never feel 'serious' enough. Another reason is that, I haven't even finished a story! (Apart from my one-shots and She Sits Still in Beauty). Knowing that you've been in the writing community for 6 years and only finished one story is just a heartbreak.

So for now, this is either a see you...or a good bye. It was nice meeting you all.
