I really appreciate the feedback notes and messages asking for updates. No, I mean I really do appreciate those!! Just so you know, I do not ever start a story without the intention of finishing it (unless I give it away as a bunny, in which case I probably wouldn't put it on ffnet.) I do plan to finish ~everything~ I start! I will update. I tend to work on what's in my head, in the order in which it's pressing on me, but I'm working on my self-discipline in finishing things faster. Part of that work is doing oneshots. If I'm posting Tin Man or Doctor Who, it does NOT mean that I won't update NCIS or (for all of you who've only been waiting for five years for the end of Fire with Fire) Smallville. It will happen. I can't tell you when, but just please don't give up on me. It is, however, more than okay to nudge, nag, needle, niggle, nibble, nip, and even Gibbssmack (or, you know, aim a little lower since I do lack discipline) for updates--it reminds me that you care!
