Bio: Kazuhiro is a third-year student at Shujin Academy and the Disciplinary member of the Student Council. He moved to Tokyo with his police detective father and youngest sister from Yasoinaba after the divorce, which affected him greatly and he still hasn’t gotten over it. While he is academically intelligent, he purposely lowered his grades to average or above average and neglected his student council duties to avoid being propped up by the principal or any adults to use him.

He had awakened to his Persona after realizing that trouble will find him no matter how much he tries to hide who he is and saw it negatively affected the people around him. He decided to face the world to the best of his abilities.

He is very devoted to taking care of his younger sisters. It has reached the point he has a massive sister-complex.

Personality:

He chooses to be alone but does not reject bonds. He rather put all the burdens on himself alone for the sake of others so they will not have to endure it themselves. Being an older brother and took the responsibility to care for his sisters. He deeply cares for his family and was close to mom growing up. As of result, it deeply hurts him when his parents' divorce due to his mother's affair which he harbors deep resentment. He has a tendency to be apathetic to events if it doesn't affect him directly, which unfortunately paints the image of him being an uncaring person. He also is seen as a slacker by his peers due him neglecting his Student Council Duties or giving the minimum effort and lower grades, which he did it on purpose to avoid being used by the Principal. When he actually puts effort into something, he is actually effective in said task.

When it comes to girls, he is professional as he’s unable to be intimately close to girls due to his mother’s affair, subconsciously fears any girl he date will leave him. He has dry sarcasm and constantly uses them on everyone. He treats everybody the same regardless of social status. As an older brother, he is devoted to watch over and protect his sisters which carried over to the Phantom Thieves.

During his time as a Phantom Thief, he has developed a low-key greedy personality, wanting to loot and rob money from every Shadow and Palace, more so than the Treasure itself. He likes to wear ties.

He practices Roman Catholicism but he considered himself to be a Lapsed Catholic in recent years and keeps a necklace hidden on him and attempts go to Church to the best of his ability.

Profile: A recent transfer from Gekkoukan High School who’s in the same class as Ryuji’s who ended up being his tutor after the Phantom Thieves was formed. She now lives with her father and siblings after living with her mother in Port Island prior to the divorce. Unfortunately, transferring to another school meant for her to leave behind her friends, and became isolated from her peers as she was seen as a snob who depends on her brother. She awakened to her power after deciding that she had to be her own woman to escape her brother’s shadow.

Being one of the founding members of the Phantom Thieves, she found a sense of belonging and vow to give everything she has and took the role of the mediator to make sure the group doesn’t lose its way.

Personality: A cheerful girl who sees the best in people. She tends to be the mediator when it comes to problems among people due to her cool head (most of the time). She makes herself a proper but kind and fun girl when she’s at school. She carries a will to help others no matter what just because she believes it's the right thing to do. She has a serious temper when she’s mad, she’s MAD (to a point where even Makoto is scared of it), she will yell with full vigor and curse a lot. It translated to her Phantom Thief attitude.

She has a massive appetite and likes to eat, a lot, that eclipses Ann’s appetite as well. She does not like it when other people mess with her food and hates it when people accused her of being fat.

She is an older sister as she cares for her younger sister, Rei. Sometimes she felt jealous that Rei prefers Kaz over her. She has a mild middle child syndrome as well, felt forgotten. Part of her is envious and frustrated at being in her brother’s shadow as she is constantly being compared to him. When he joined the Phantom Thieves, she was envious as she felt being a Phantom Thief gave her something that doesn’t compare her to her brother, that it was her thing.

When it comes to relationships, she has an attraction to both boys and girls. She is very insecure about her attraction to girls and hides from everybody.

Bio: The youngest child of the Seta family. She was born ill and endured medical treatments in the hospital when she was young. She was able to recover thanks to a risky surgery performed by her Grandfather but she still had to go to the hospital periodically for check-ups and had to stay there for days at times. Due to her illness, she wants to enjoy life to the fullest. While she maintains a cheery personality, she is deeply saddened by her parents' divorce, blaming herself for the cause of their separation. It led her to be fearful that her other family members would go away.

Bio: Like his father and his father before, Samuru served in the JSDF briefly before joining the police force. He started out as patrolmen in Tokyo, partnering up with Tamotsu Niijima, Makoto’s father. His detective career started by transferring to Sumaru City and later transferred to Inaba shortly after getting married with a desired to raise a family in a quiet countryside. During the divorce proceedings, he had a choice to go back to Sumaru City or Tokyo. He decided to go back to Tokyo after Tamotsu was murdered, and he was determined to find his former partner’s killer and led the clean-up operation in Shinjuku. As a detective, he personally owns a S&W .44 Magnum Revolver.

She is the daughter of Yoshio Ishii whom she has an estranged relationship within past but it is now a tensed but workable. She is currently a teacher at Gekkoukan High School with a focus in psychology. Kazuko has a doctorate in psychology from Kyoto University and was briefly an exchange student from Standford. When she was married to Samuru in Inaba, she was a teacher in Yasogami High and went out of her way tutoring her own children, intensely. The cracks of her marriage showed after dealing with Rei's illness and Sam's workaholic mindset which worsen during the Inaba murders and kidnappings. She deeply loves her children and did everything she could to rebuild her relationship with them after the divorce, particularly Kazuhiro. Now she decided to take the surname of her now-deceased mother.
