Author has written 1 story for Harry Potter. I Own Nothing. If I do it is an idea that is mixed into a compilation of other people's idea's. I do not claim credit for the worlds/people/basic conceptual grounds of any of my fan-made parodies. If the idea seems original then you are most likely mistaken. If I have commandeered your or someone you knows work, contact me. If I took it without asking it is because I had forgotten whose it was or I couldn't get in contact with the appropriate parties. That said I'll give a heads up to my readers (I'll assume they exist for the time being.) There will be no Slash/Yaoi/Boy'sLove/Yuri/Buttsmex/Lemons/Grapefruits/Bestiality/PWP in my stories. Any of the above concepts that appear you had best understand that I am making a JOKE. I don't bash if I'm doing it bring my attention to it. Also if I portrayed someone out of character one of three things happened: 1. I didn't notice while I was writing it. 2. It was a Joke. 3. It was plot related. If you noticed that character x,y,z was out of character, send me a review. I read them, I try to understand them, and I do consider them. I will update this profile occasionally, probably the day after I update a story. Thanks for your time. Sincerely, ~The Phantom Fool (The man who uses a uncreative Nom de Plume) About Favorites: The Durarara!!/デュラララ!! fanfictions were selected because they were well written, non-yaoi that highlight Orihara Izaya as the humanlike/monster/sociopath that he is. I enjoy his character because in the canon he is a manipulative sociopathic bastard with human aspects and I like that in my characters. He's the highlight of the series for me. I'd probably be terrified of him in real life because he'd probably leak my credit card info, sell my house, give an untraceable weapon to someone trying to kill me, and get me framed for six felonies on a whim, but as far as fictional character's go he's delightful. That said "To Russia, with Loathing" is the only explicit fanfiction in my favorites. This is because the entire story is something he would do. The man is a monster who will put a person in a terrible situation take advantage of them and make them feel guilty about it. Just for the laughs. Harry Potter fanfictions were selected for a variety of reasons. Net Girl's "Ruined in a Day" series tops all other psychological Harry breakdowns for me. Any of JBerns work, "The Wastelands of Time," and "Time, Mr. Potter?" are musts for magic lovers. "Circular Reasoning" was the catalyst for my own HP masterpiece. (That I'm nowhere close to posting.) It's Dark, cliched, original, and downright insane. I love it and I want it to propagate with the other fanfics in my favorites to make little bastard fanfics that grow up to fill the entire Harry Potter section of FFN. "Dark Marauder" Is pure genius. This is the best I've ever read the Marauders being played: violent, vindictive, efficient, and genre-savvy. I want to see more in this vein. I sing in joy after reading this piece of necessary fanfiction. |
