I like to write one-shots, I like to write open endings, I like to encourage my readers to use their imaginations to fill in the blanks (and whatever other blanks they may find).

WHAT I DON'T LIKE SO MUCH IS PEOPLE DEMANDING THAT I WRITE CONCLUSIONS TO STORIES I HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF GOING BACK TO, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ENDING. SORRY FOLKS, IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

Works in Progress:

Slave to the 4/4. I go back to this fic every once in a while, read it and laugh at my immaturity. I give it a poke every once in a while, because I really want to write more comedy. Probably not abandoned, just sleeping until my inspiration comes back.

Sing It Again. I'm indulging my inner fangirl by exploring a Rockstar!AU. It's a fic that I'm NOT taking very seriously, so I don't expect anyone else to. It's just a bit of fun, so don't expect regular updates.

Goldtipped Arrow. I have about 2 lines of Chapter 5 written. TBH, this fic will probably be abandoned.

Lacero. This is just a hodge-podge of drabbles and snippets that flitter through my head when I'm trying to write serious stuff. Most of it will be light and humourous, but expect some angsty crap as well. I'm going through a phase at the moment where I write drabbles set in the AUs of my WIPs. Chapter 4 was based on Slave to the 4:4, while Chapter 5 is based on a drawing board project called Onnarashii Gekido.

Gilt Edging. This is my Labyrinth drabble collection.

Claws and Tales. Another drabble/vignette holder, this time for the Inuyasha fandom. There should be a couple in here and I'll keep adding to it over time.

Unpublished WIPs:

Smiling Tides. A recovering TB patient, Kaoru is sent to convalesce at her family's country home in Dover, just before the beginning of World War 2. She can play her beloved piano and explore the beach below the house; all while benefitting from the miraculous sea air. She is intrigued by the legends about a powerful water spirit who presides over the surrounding area. A chance encounter starts a chain of events that will cause Kaoru to make one of the biggest decisions of her life.

Plenus Circulus. Kaoru and Kenshin are reincarnated by divine forces to fight a powerful evil, despite giving their previous lives to defeat it. The only problem is, Kaoru has no memory of her past and is unwittingly consorting with the enemy. To make matters worse, Kenshin believes that his wife is dead and is little more than a joyless husk on a kamikaze mission. The line between past and present lives blurs as Kenshin struggles with morality, love and forgiveness, while Kaoru discovers that some people cannot escape their destiny.

Drawing Board Projects:

Hitokiri Ju Shi and Onnarashii Gekido. A famous Tokyo madam retreats from life in the spotlight when her husband, a Yakuza boss, is murdered by henchmen from a rival clan. Hell-bent on revenge, she goes underground and forms an organisation of ruthless female assassins. Their objective: to dispense justice on all enemies of women. Unbeknownst to them, another organisation of male assassins is taking form on the other side of the city. Their objective? Aku Soku Zan.

Shadow Guardians. In The City, humans unwittingly share their world with the Others, supernatural creatures that disguise themselves by day and roam the streets freely at night. The balance between humans and Others has always been precarious, but when things start to spiral out of control, the Shadow Guardians will put things right. Who are these guardians? What are they? No one really knows for sure. When a historian and a scam-artist medium get too close to the truth, they find themselves pitted against sinister forces who have guarded the secret for more than 500 years.
