Something unexpected happened to me. I'm stuck inside the body of the (future) greatest thief in Vale, with the power of The Gamer given to me for some unknown reason. All in all, it could be worse. For now I have given myself a mission, actually being the greatest thief in Vale! I also need to screw over Cinder, save Pyrrha and Penny, and not end up dead in the process.

Life is a game. In an attempt to save a friend during the Breach, Jaune Arc died. Brought back to life with powers of a Gamer, he must now attempt to beat the game called life. He's not alone though. Every win or lose ends in a Reset, so how will he beat a game that never ends?

Every family has its odd member, the one that doesn't fit. Jaune was just that, the black sheep. He had always wanted to be the hero, to be a Huntsman. But when your name is Jaune Salem Arc - Prince of the Grimm - and your mother is understandably against the idea, what is a young man to do? Why, run away to attend Beacon in pursuit of a dream, of course. What could go wrong?

Remnant. The word left a bad taste in my mouth even now, so many years after I'd woken to find myself in this living nightmare. The strong survived and the weak perished, trampled underfoot by those with the willpower to do what was necessary. My goal, then, was simple: to survive, regardless of the cost. Realistic character progression. Abandoned.

Life was happy. Key word: Was. As life for me was short-lived, that is until I was given a second chance at life. Now I am trapped in the harsh world of Remnant, a world full of feuding gods, the Grimm, and an interdimensional war. Sounds wonderful. Yet... in the end, a single pawn, unknown to the enemy, might be enough to change the world. (SI-OC.)

What could possibly go wrong? A take on the RWBY/Gamer crossover niche with an SI twist, a focus on world and character building, and fleshing out some of the details RT missed. Jaune was your average kind of guy. nothing really special about him, Except the fact he has aura, when he lives in a world where only women can have their aura unlock. well now he gets to attend a Huntress academy, as the sole male student... This is going to be fun to watch. I started this after reading the story the only one from MeteoriteCreature.
