Bulma started acting strange after the Halloween party. Vegeta didn't care much about the little human and her weird antics, at least as long as she didn't pay him any attention. When she did... he learned a lot about fear. Takes place in the 3 year gap.

From an early age, Goten had been interested in figuring out why people liked physical affection that much. Though that one was easy. What wasn't was figuring out why most of them thought that there wasn't a clear distinction to romantic affection and to prove to them that unreasonable things like age and relation didn't matter as long as it wasn't romantic. Or something like that.

It is hard not to give up when there is so little worth living for. When the apocalypse hit, none of their powers had been able to help them. Bra stayed with the other survivors on Mount Paozu until it was finally time to face the truth: Find a way to fight back, or give up. It was her choice.

Goku and Bra were both drifting through the galaxy, without a goal, without a purpose, until Goku proposes a little trip he needs for closure. Reluctantly, Bra agrees. To much more than she had expected.
