Hey guys! I love video games! Two series in particular as you can see from my first running fan-fiction posted. Which I will go on record to say is my interpretation of the events of ME, ME2 and ME3!

- Kratos vs. Zeus (God of War 2 & 3, on a temple hilltop outside Rhodes, then in the Chamber of the Flame, on the summit of Mt. Olympus and within the Heart of Gaia.)

- Samus Aran vs. The Dark Hunter (Metroid Prime 2 & 3, inside the Phazon processing centre of the Agon Wastes, and at the heart of Planet Phaaze.)

- Lucas Kane vs. The Oracle's hallucinations (Indigo Prophecy / Fahrenheit, within Kane's NYC apartment.)

- Gabriel Belmont vs. Lucifer / Satan (Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, between the Earth and the Heavens.)

- Dracul vs. Raisa Volkova / The First Acolyte (Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2, at the top of Zobek's bombed out skyscraper headquarters.)

*ANYONE WHO HAS NO QUALMS WITH MY CHARACTERIZATION, IGNORE THIS.*

Justification: Right guys, this is to anyone who wants to have a debate with my interpretation of Samus, all I can say is, let - it - go, or I'll give you a war you won't believe. I'm sick of people poking holes in her character and not even having the damn courtesy to give me the chance to state my reasons why I have this interpretation. Onto my explanations...

1.) Don't presume to tell me about Metroid, rant all you like but don't expect me to brush it off; I've played every title under the sun and put a lot of thought into this conception. Using many sources including decent Metroid Fanfics among other things.

2.) If anything, Samus isn't portrayed out of the Varia suit enough, some people have a problem with that, well, there's plenty of FanFics out there which will give you the vulnerable, emotionally inept, ditzy blonde hunter. This, isn't that story. She's a warrior, one with eons of experience and a lifetime of burdens that she's gladly shouldered, as such I think my nihilistic approach works just fine. Think of her as the Boss minus the patriotism. I mean...Would you rather have a dumb protagonist?

3.) A distinct effort on my part has gone into the matter of Samus' unnatural abilities. The minority seems to disagree on my outlook, well answer this: Can a Spartan or a Krogan jump thirty feet? Can they run at mach 3 without shattering their legs into bone shards? NO! They cannot, do you want to know why? Because they don't have the physiology of the warrior race who brought the Universe under its thumb. If you'd read my first chapter after the prologue, Aran's blows while in the Varia suit are augmented so much that they can cut through flesh and bone like a knife through butter. Does she do that later on? No, because she doesn't have the suit!

4.) The environment of Zebes makes Tuchanka and whatever experiments the Spartan's were subjected to on Reach look tame in comparison. I will not tone down the character because that's what I see in every Metroid fan fiction! And if anyone dares compare Samus to @£$%* Super girl, or god-forbid, a Sue... I'll, I'll... Say you're entitled to your opinion and jolly good for you! Now get off my lawn. *Cocks shotgun*.

5.) Tropes for said character:

(Idealism: Neutral good, chaotic good, abnormal bad-ass, protectorate, anti-nihilist, survivor's guilt, determinator, cool big-sis, one-woman army, transhuman, Mama bear, warrior poet, the champion, lightning and genius bruiser. Statuesque stunner, raised by the natives, Jeanne d'Archetype, Amazonian beauty, hair of gold, not afraid to die, when she smiles, nerves of steel, the strategist, I have many names and friend to all children.)

{Equilibrium between Paragon and Renegade} {A needles, time-abyss, anti-hero: Ranging from classical and Disney through Types III to V,}

(Pessimism: Death seeker, made of iron, berserk button, living lie-detector, older than they look, the cynic, Nietzschean Übermensch, the unfettered, combat pragmatist. I do the impossible, person of mass destruction, chaotic neutral, Byronic hero, red baron, naytheist, knight in sour armour, you killed my family, (twice!) hurting hero, shell-shocked veteran, the stoic, good is not nice. Fatal flaws: Wrath & Self-reliance.)

6.) Samus is certainly not invulnerable or infallible, chapter's five, nine, twelve, thirteen, seventeen, twenty and twenty three should have demonstrated that amply, and for the guy who said I could take steps to make the story more believable, you know who you are. Any idea how stupid that sounds?

7.) "You can fight like a Krogan, run like a leopard, but you'll never be better than *Commander Shepard, oh!"

Ambuscade Over Alchera

And any hunter must have their hounds.

White-tailed Eagle

SYNOPSIS: Harry Potter / Metroid crossover. I always... Appreciated, 'Fusion of Destinies' by Grey-X, in my own way. I wanted to write a different take... What do you think?

Mass Correct!

SYNOPSIS: The last of the Time Lords discovers the Collector threat, only for his luck to finally run out. Now his last hope is Commander Johnathan 'Zap' Shepard: Hero, saviour, icon, he doesn't know the meaning of the words. It's time for the Commander and his ragtag crew to meet the true Messiah - and his apostles...WARNING! Character deaths! Black humour! Complete Crack-Fic! Don't take too seriously!

Regard Your Demise

SYNOPSIS: Game of Thrones / Metroid crossover. Aran, ancient and enfeebled. Retires to the planetary giant of Titan and the continent of Westeros... Only to be mixed up in the events of a Song of Ice and Fire... (No power suit, for obvious reasons!) Seriously. I'm not joking, Chozo return to their natural roots when old and worn out.
