So I joined this site 5 years ago as a bright eyed, prepubescent tween who believed that anything she wrote was invincible. And that was somewhat true. But I’ve grown, I’m going to college soon, and every time I look at what I’ve done here I kind of hate myself. Which is stupid because I was young and no one writes a novel when they’re that age. But I want to be happy with what I’ve put out, not cringe every time I open the site. So I’ve turned over a new leaf and deleted most of it. Some might not agree, but I’m happy with my decision.

I also am going to stop being on this site pretty much at all. I’m not deleting my account because there are some really great works on here I don’t want to forget, but if you message me I probably won’t get back to you. I’ve moved on, mostly to AO3, and am slowly putting myself out there again. New username, new bio, new workshop.

I want to be proud of myself. So I’m trying, even if that’s really hard.
