I am the only person to have ever conducted original anthropological research among the Roma ("Gypsy") communities in the former Soviet Republic of Georgia; during which time I also studied the Georgian Ebraeli Jews.

I am ethnically Danish, English, Scottish, and Roma.

I have 3,000,000 neopoints.

I speak Spanish, English, and a bit of Hebrew and Romani Kalderash. I know how to say "hello" and "goodbye" in Georgian, but that's about it.

I've been to Honduras, Turkey, Israel, Georgia, the Netherlands, Jordan, Chechynya (Russia), Azerbaijan, Armenia, Syria (Golan Heights), the UK, Spain, Finland, Canada, Sweden, Ukraine, Greece, the United Arab Emirates, and Germany.

I accidentally get into lots of trouble in foreign places. I'm an adventurer by hobby and by trade.

I'm an archaeologist focusing on the bioarchaeology of violence, ritual, bone trauma, ancient religions, and burial practices; I'm also formally engaged in Roma studies as a major component of my thesis. I'm quite interested in religious studies.

I don't do much these days. Mostly homework.
