Okay, it's been long enough...let's do this...

My name is Michael, and I'm a truck driver from NW Pennsylvania, U.S.A. Yeah, I know, I know...but if one looks at the profiles of authors on this site, one begins to see a pattern forming.

I came to the "Kimmunity" in a roundabout way. My daughter really enjoyed KP, and even though I had only seen a few episodes, it seemed like a decent show, far better than the live-action slapstick that currently clogs the Disney airwaves.

While bouncing around the Web on the weekends I'd be in off the road, I discovered that Kim Possible was the only show to defeat Disney's 65 episode death sentence, due to fan support and outrage. Hmmm...interesting. We bounced some more. Found a few artist sites where KP had practically taken over. Fascinating, captain. We bounced some more. Ran across the fan site of Richard Sirois. Excellent work, but I do worry about the lad. Found the story he worked on with Captainkodak1. Good stuff! Went from there to FanFiction.net...and my doom was sealed. Been here ever since, with no regrets.

For someone who reads as much as I do, this site has been a Godsend. I can honestly say that the "Kimmunity" has gifted me with some of the most enjoyable stories I have ever read. I spend most of my late-night off-duty time here, decompressing from the rampant stupidity of the open highway. For saving what little remains of my sanity, I thank you all.

My primary ship is Kim/Ron, but I have no objections to other pairings, as long as they are well written. The exception to this is Drakkim. Nein, nix, nope, uh-uh, no way, no dice, no how... :P

After a few months here, I thought to throw my hat into the ring and try my hand at writing. The first chapter of my first story, "Heart of the Warrior", was written in less than an hour. After posting it, I was beset by creatures that I now know to be "plot bunnies", which produced three different directions that I could take the story. I really didn't need that. Note to self...if at all possible, finish a story before posting the first chapter.

I currently have five stories in the works, all tied together, albeit loosely. The work I'm doing for Drakken/Shego under the title "The Dance", will be randomly done when I just need a break. Most, if not all, of the stories will constitute a rewrite of Season 4, using what I liked and ignoring what I didn't, and moving on from there. At least one cannon couple will not exist...but that's still in the works; y'all have to wait for that.

Any questions, comments, constructive advice, ect., will be most welcome.

UPDATE...

On March 4, 2014, my apartment building was torched. The 20yr. old kid in the apt beneath mine, who was about to be evicted, doubled up on his renters insurance and set his place on fire. Took out his, mine, and the apt above me. Almost total loss. Fortunately everyone in the building got out safely.

Managed to salvage a few things, but not my computer...and all that was in it. Will try to reconstruct the stories I was working on, but if I can't, they needed to be reworked or abandoned anyway.
