After so many years of changing, I finally found the perfect pen name and in this profile I'll be telling you why.

My almost name was Jaroslav Louise but my parents decided to name me something else. When I was told about this, I wondered how my life could have been if I was given such name instead of my actual name today. I don't know why but since Jaroslav Louise isn't such a common name, I felt like it had some cool vibe to it. To be honest, I kind of like it more than the name my parents gave me. This name became even more special to me when I used it my pseudonym (in which I changed Louise to Lewis) for a literary competition in a university I went to in college. I won two awards from the said competition and since then, I decided to keep it a part of me. I figured it would be like my alias as an author, a different identity.-Kind of like how Peter Parker is Spiderman and Clark Kent is Superman. Like Kudo Shinichi is also Edogawa Conan. I'd have to say, Jaroslav Lewis is an extension of myself because being a writer helps me see different dimensions, create different worlds and experience things I'd never experience as a normal person.

As of June 30,2017, I'll be taking on this new pen name and will be making some changes with my writing. If you have been following my stories since I started, you'll notice that I've been pretty inconsistent. My previous works weren't even that good so I discarded most of them away. Though I've come up with some pretty decent ones, I've lost inspiration to continue them because I'm not quite sure on how I would end them. Upon the change of my pen name, I also plan to become more active here and more productive with my writing from now on.
