Hey everyone!

If you are familiar with flags then you will know, from the tiny square above, that I come from an island in the north called Iceland. If you're reading my stories you should know a little about my country but if you don't then I'll give you a small introduction, even though I should be telling you about myself but that comes later ;)

Well, Iceland had the population of roughly 320.000 . The native tongue is Icelandic and most, if not everyone, speaks English. To the side many speak Danish or German. I personally speak both very roughly but can understand them pretty well. Iceland was settled somewhere between the years 870-900 by Norwegian settlers, better known as Vikings. Vikings from Iceland and Norway then went together to find Greenland and later landed in Vinland, that now has the name Canada. Iceland also has the world's oldest, still standing parliament called Alþingi or Althing.

Why am I telling you this? Well, I want you to know the basics when you read my stories since the center of them will be the personification of Iceland, along with his brothers from the show Hetalia. Those nations are Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Together with Iceland they line up the Nordic region and are, accordingly, called "The Nordics". This part of Europe is often a blank spot in many peoples minds as not many nations teach much about them in school. Sweden is maybe best known of the five. Since I live in one of those countries I may have a slightly different vision of how they act and behave than people who live out of the region. One of my main goals when writing them is to slip into their personality little things that I think make up the countries. Like with Iceland, Resilience! That's something I think is a seriously big part of the nation.

Okay, now me! I'll keep this section short. Well, I live in the capital, Reykjavík. I'm 21 years old and a female. I'm in school and I have a job in the tourist business. I have a lot on my plate but I try to write as much as I can, though my updates are pretty irregular.

The Nordics Way of Fun

The Nordics are hanging out together and are planning something that Iceland is not in on! what are they planning? And what will happen when Iceland finds out?

My first story that I have kind of put on hold. The only reason I haven't taken it down is because I want it to serve as a reminder. I wasn't a good writer back then and I want to have it up to show me how much I've gotten better. I want to rewrite it and replace the chapters in that one so I'll keep it open but bear in mind that I don't write like that anymore ;) I also want to change how I wrote the characters. I was writing them after the show and I like them better the way I write them now.

Talk

Are you lost or incomplete? Do you feel like a puzzle, you can't find your missing piece? "Please, Norway. Just tell us how you feel" Norway didn't want to open his eyes in fear that they would go away. He knew that they weren't really there but he could still hope. "I just need to talk"

A song fic. My second update to this site and, again, something that's not very well written. I just need to go through it better and fix the awkward dialog and it will be okay.

Greed

This one will definitely get continued. I love the Norse myths and know them by heart and I really like how this one is written. The only reason I put it on hold is because I had another story going when I published this one and the other one was taking up all my time. I just found I couldn't write two stories at a time.

Just trust me

"Hey, (name)! Are you coming on the school trip next weekend?" Prussia asked. (Name) looked down with kind of a sad look. "I want to, I just haven't had the courage to ask my brothers for permission" (Name) just sighed. "You know how our school has mostly just guys? Well, they don't really trust guys with me!"

This was a request for a friend of mine. I will finish it but It'll be short.

The Dark Nordics

She had been living with the Nordics for a while now and was quite happy where she was. But Now they are all acting strange and end up asking her a question. A question that can determine what happens next in her life. Answer it wrong and I can guarantee that things will get bad.

This is my baby at the moment. I'm quite proud of it and I think I've gotten a long way since the first story.
Definitely my best one.

A weight of a promise

We were all driving each other into the dark pits of living hell. We were a ticking time bomb. A lie, so well held out in public that no one would have imagined that the perfect Nordics, the glorious Vikings of the past, would be so messed up on the inside. But we were.

You know when an idea strucks and you can't leave it? And when you start writing it's like it's not even you writing, as it comes so naturally? Well, that's how this one came to be. I, actually, really really love this one. Writing has never been so effortless for me.

No title (yet)

This is going to be the biggest story I've done and I'm doing a loooot of planning for it. It'll get published after "The Dark Nordics" is finished and I'm putting a lot of thought into it.
It's kind of a twist on how the nations came to be. It's nothing like in the show but I think it could make for a brilliant fanfic. I'll give a tiny example.

A bunch of kids, from the age 10-20, are invited to come to a summer camp. At first everything looks like it's supposed to be, but soon kids start going home without a reason and are always replaced by someone else. Teens are called for multiple tests that seem plain weird to them and things start to get bad. This summer camp may be something more than it claims.
