I prefer UK/CAN spelling in English. I do not write on demand. I was 14 when I came up with my username, which explains a lot, I swear. I started writing at the age of 10.

About My Fics

I leave many of my stories up even though they are not representative of my skill anymore. Remember that as the publication dates grow older, so does the story quality. At this stage I only endorse the ones that were published from Fighting Gravity and onwards. The rest are there because they are still well-liked, and because I want a handy reminder of all the things I learned.

About Breath of the Wild 2

Am I going to write a sequel to One Last Year? I don't know. I don't have any planned, obviously. And I implore you to stop asking because your enthusiasm is dangerous for my focus and tangential efforts and― oh no, it's happening... aaah! GET HYYYPE! DEATH OF THE WILD!

But seriously, I don't know. Writing One Last Year was emotionally draining and took a LOT of time (a little over 10 months). I don't know if I've got another giant word-barf in me right now. The story would have to be compelling to me personally, since I'm the one spending the most time on it; it would have to be about themes I didn't cover in OLY, or else it would just be retreading familiar ground; and it would have to be in response to a game that otherwise says too little, and I yet have hope (THIS IS IT, OUR CHANCE AT CANON ZELINK GUYS).

Anyway, I'll see how I feel about it, ya feel me? In the meantime... EXPEND CURRENCY, ACQUIRE HYPE.

Other Projects

If you're reading this, odds are you're trying to find out what I'm up to. I've been distancing myself from the fan fiction world for a while now. Fan fiction isn't so much a tool for improvement to me anymore as a way to write easy, mindless stories. I started publishing here over fifteen years ago, and have been honing my writing assiduously since. I've met some extraordinary people in this community, not the least of which is Lyxie, whose work you should definitely check out.

In the meantime, I started dating, got an education, got a job, got married, bought a house, and started a business, which takes up all of my time. And in the midst of everything else, I'm still writing, but not nearly as often as I'd like.
