Up front, I'd like to say thanks to everyone who has stumbled upon my stories and decided to give them a try. Special thanks to those of you who even reviewed, followed or favourited them. About me: First and foremost, I adore reading. Usually, people binge-watch. I binge-read and firmly believe in Cicero's saying that "A room without books is like a body without a soul." Most of the time I wish my room was a library. But don't get me wrong, I love binge-watching TV shows nearly as much as reading. In fact, watching the last season of Stargate prompted me to try my hand at writing for the first time. Back then I used to write in my mother tongue, which is German. About my writing: A good friend of mine once told be that I seem to be unable to write anything light-hearted like romance. I guess that's true since my muse is a fickle thing that only responds to action, tension, mean cliffhangers and wonderful moments of comfort in between heartache. I decided to name her Robyn. She sleeps most of the time during the day and wakes up at night, making me loose sleep until I pen down the current scene. I don't really plan any of my stories, I just wait for inspiration. Then I basically turn on my music, lean back and let Robyn do her magic. My current motto for writing - and life in general - is this:
