Welcome to my profile! I'm just your average, run-of-the-mill college student.

The sole reason I joined this site was to write Mass Effect fanfiction. I discovered the ME series this past summer, and instantly fell in love with them. The story, the gameplay, the characters, I was completely enthralled by the universe Bioware created. That was, until, the ending of ME3. Like so many other players, I was very upset with the ending. It seemed like all the choices I had made, the relationships I had built, and everything I worked for over the course of three games didn't matter. I simply got to choose what color I wanted the end cutscene to be. I even had the luxury of playing with the Extended Cut DLC already installed, and still was disappointed. While the EC added some closure, it wasn't nearly enough. I picked the Destroy ending, and my Shep lived. I wanted to see him reunite with Tali, to see them build their home on Rannoch, and maybe even to see how their lives played out. I got none of that.

So I did what any reasonable person would do, and went to the Internet for the closure I wanted. That's when I discovered the world of fanfiction, which I had previously been unaware of. I read so many great stories created by great writers (Calinstel's To Survive series, Tairis Deamhan's Razor's Edge series, Full-Paragon's Keehlah Se'lai and Meek series to name a few).

After reading so many stories, I felt the urge to write my own. After a few weeks of internal debate, I decided to just do it, regardless what the reaction from this site's readers would be. And so, Unbreakable Bond was born.
