Who is Cadence?

No one too extraordinary. By day I'm a mild mannered married twenty-something with a newborn, who works in banking and spends her nights doing laundry and cleaning up the house and of course, writing and reading fan fiction. My older sister, Pink Lilly, turned me onto it and thankfully acts as my beta.

I absolutley love to read. At the moment I am totally obsessed with historical fiction and the obligatory baby books that explain why my child is crying. I just finished off The Borgia Bride and I, Mona Lisa which were wonderful.

Also, I have a slightly unhealthy obsession with the Slytherin male population. It must be a bad boy thing.

My daughter is 20 months going on 22 years old and has kept me busy as well as working 45 hours week. I have recently returned to writing hardcore...both my fanfics as well as development of an original book with my sister and my Mom (hopefully it will someday be published). I am the main historian, so we have the preface and between work, housekeeping, and being a mom, I struggle to learn as much as I can for our novel/series we have come up with. Don't get me wrong...we are in the beginning, but with a great idea from my Mom, and now my sis and I are pretty determined to bring it to fruition. Let's see if a Banker and an HR rep turned Librarian, coupled with a math professor can do it...Until then I present more of Tears and a revised and (I think much less Mary-Sue) It Came to This...Cheers - Cadence

I know my updates have been really slow in coming and I apologize. With a very active 4 year old and a new job that has me traveling several times a month, it has been difficult. I do have another chapter of Tears started and another for It Came to This...hopefully I will publish before the New Year! Cheers.
