So many novels end with the promise of marriage, and so few describe what happens after. I've often wondered about this particular wedding night, but frankly, Mr Darcy has changed so much by giving him some human feelings, I cannot imagine him, or Elizabeth, fumbling secretly in the dark anymore. Their first efforts must be heart-warming, their married life as well. Purists beware!

What would happen if Darcy and Elizabeth got to have a truly honest conversation after the Netherfield Ball? This story of duty and love seeks to make every character very human, with their own imagination, sense of duty and set of fears and hopes and expands on the characters of our beloved supporting cast as the change ripples out. In this story I wonder what might have happened if Mrs. Bennet died the year before the opening of the original P&P and Mr. Bennet married a sensible lady. I try to follow the events of the original. HEA

This picks up initially a month after "Frankly My Dear..." and then moves forward to almost a year later, when Rhett and Scarlett encounter each other in Atlanta for the first time. This isn't a quick finish. If there is ever to be a happy ending between them, a lot must happen. I do not own any part of this story or its characters.

This is what I think happened to Scarlett and Rhett. I have set the story in March 1874 - six months after Melly has died and Rhett has left Scarlett. Scarlett is trying to carve out a new life for herself in Atlanta when Rhett suddenly reappears. NOW COMPLETE

Lizzie spends her time with her Aunt and Uncle as a child where she meets the one and only William Darcy. Their instant friendship grows, but when he severs connections she is extremely hurt. Now that they have been reconnected, can their relationship continue? Even with an impossible road ahead of them? Everyone is slightly OOC. Rating subject to change.

What if Jackie and Hyde met long before their adventures in high school? What if they formed a secret friendship that no one knew about? This is just a cute little love story between two young kids who met under the difficulties in both their lives, but they find peace, joy and love with each other. Please read, love, and review!
