Dislikes: Nasty critics, snooty people who think they're "too grown up to appreciate cartoons" (In your faces!), badly written fics, Slash (won't write it, can't read it! I do, however, respect those who do), narcissism (YUCK!), narrow mindedness, swearing (it just shows you have a lack of vocabulary), and finally, the root of all evil, math!

Fav Shows: Astro Boy (now I'm not a really big fan of anime, but this show is just awesome!) The Fairly Odd Parents, Danny Phantom (Butch Hartman rocks!), Alvin & the Chipmunks (Because they're awesome!) TMNT 2003 (Because that show is epic!), iCarly (Because it's funny and random!),

Fav Books: The Harry Potter Series (J.K. is a genius!), The Warriors series, The Emily Windsnap series, The Little Princess, The Island series, The On the Run series, The Prince and The Pauper, The Swiss Family Robinson, A Christmas Carol, The Twilight series (But I'm not a fanatic!), Host (Still not a fanatic!) any kind of Disney Fact book, All "the art of" PIXAR books!

Fav Movies: TMNT 2007, Toy Story, Toy Story 2, A Bug's Life, Monster's Inc., Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Cars, Ratatouille (yes, I can spell it!), WALL-E, UP, Beauty and the Beast, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, The Corpse Bride, The Lion King, The Aristocats, Cinderella, The Swiss Family Robinson, 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea, etc.

Okay, you now have the basics!

Now I have about five major obsessions. You know, the ones that never quite seem to leave your head, then catch you off guard at the oddest of times!

Harry Potter: What can I say, they're awesome books! Now my favorite character is Remus Lupin, who's the smartest, kindest, strongest werewolf in the whole universe. And if anyone says otherwise, I'll have a rabid gnome hunt you down! (I have my connections!) I am, however, slightly against him being with Tonks. This is partially because they just don't seem very compatible, and the selfish (and probably insane) wish to have him for myself. (Ah well, a girl can dream!) He is happy with Tonks though, so I can't really hate her that much, it's just a mild dislike...

BTW, I don't really believe in Harry/Hermione fanfiction, it would've been too cliche. (Sorry to all you H/H shippers out there! Please don't kill me!)

I also adore stories about The Marauders, especially the ones where they befriend each other, find out Remus is a werewolf, or become animagi. I just love the dynamic of James, Sirius and Remus together! But it's so hard to separate these stories from the slash stories between Remus & Sirius. Remus Lupin is NOT gay!!!!!!! He married a woman! He and Padfoot are just friends!

Oh, by the way, I'd just like to say that if Remus Lupin had to fight Jacob Black, he would totally kick Jacob's arse into next year! (sorry, but not really, to Jacob-fans)

Fairly Odd Parents: Awesome plot, funny quotes, wands & wings, pointy crowny things! Does it get any better?

I am, however, disappointed at how these past seasons have turned out. Timmy needs to stop acting so jerky, Cosmo needs to quit criticizing Wanda, the same goes for Wanda! (though Cosmo needs it more than she does!)The first three seasons, however, are really good.

Oh, and I love baby Poof!! He is the best idea the show's ever had! Timmy's the best big brother ever! Also, I don't really ship in this archive. (Cosmo and Wanda are an obvious exception.) I mean, in the show, Timmy is only ten! Why does he absolutely need to hook up with Tootie, Trixie, or Veronica? I guess if it's a future fic he's gotta be paired with someone, but I really would much rather focus on Timmy's relationship with his god family.

Danny Phantom: Now there's an awesome kick-butt show! Butch Hartman really nailed it with this show!

Plus, the show never deteriorated with age or popularity throughout it's entire course. Nick always seemed to revamp it in a new, interesting, and different way! Not to mention the fact that it's funny and serious! And the characters are awesome! The villains are original! The witty banter is hilarious... Need I go on?

There is one thing, however, I found immensely tiring: All that lover's tension between Danny and Sam. You know, those really awkward moments where they blush and Tucker looks like a third wheel! Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Sam, she's very cool. It just that Danny and her relationship is just so typical, so done, so... boring. Best friend falls in love with hero? Come on! To be honest, I really like Danny with Valerie.

Now before you log off my profile or flame me, hear me out! Danny and Valerie definitely have chemistry, proven in "Flirting With Disaster," and they share a common interest: ghost fighting! Also, their relationship is so much more exciting and dramatic! They're both stubborn and hot headed, and she's a majorly awesome, kick-butt huntress with a ninth degree black belt! Yes, I'm a firm believer in Danny/Valerie.

Alvin and The Chipmunks: My favorite chipmunk is Simon! He's just so cute! (fangirl scream) Plus, glasses are hot! (So are nerds!)

I really don't know how I feel about the new movies, though. I'm really glad their making a come back, but I don't really care for their dialogue, and their "modern" songs. Plus, the guy who plays Dave (from My Name is Earl) can't act! And he can't scream Alvin right! (This is a crime against humanity!)

So, all in all, I just love the cartoon more than the live action. Now I'm sort of a stickler for the original pairings (Alvin/Brittany, Simon/Jeanette, Theodore/Eleanor), after all, it just feels wrong to mess them up.

Astro Boy: Now I'm not an enormous fan of the movie, because I think it left a lot to be desired. However, I absolutely love the 2003 series and hold a special place in my heart for the 80s series!

Now my favorite character is Astro and I just love the idea of him fighting for the right to be accepted in society when everyone else tells him he's merely a machine. Astro is an incredibly compassionate character and I love the fact that he fights for those that don't accept him. He is what I think a true hero should be! I also like the idea of Astro struggling with his past and the memories of Tobio, especially when Dr. Tenma's involved!

Also, I have to say I'm not huge on the whole AstroxCora romance thing. I'm sure there are some good fics out there, and I'm open to the idea if it's presented properly, but AstroxCora can be very predictable if told in a usual romantic, slightly fluffy, way! I suppose I'm just not a good AB romance shipper, and that's fine with me!

Oddly enough, I really couldn't stand anime, manga, or any pop Japanese icon before I found Astro. I always thought it was so bizarre and foreign. I've fallen in love with the Astro Boy plot, though, so I've actually found a new appreciation for the anime style! I really respect how well it's presented and how serious it is in Japan and all around the world! It's still not my favorite cartooning style, but it's nice in it's own way!
