Hi guys

Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Watanagashi-hen, or just Watanagashi, whatever. I mostly write (or will be writing) Azumanga Daioh fics (because I'm such a raging fan), ranging from crossovers to original stories and one-shots. Down below is a list of the stories I have written, want to write or am writing.

I'm male, 22 years old, I live in Belgium, I'm an Otaku, a gamer and my favorite music styles are Metal and Core (mostly J-Core)

Project "Daiohazard"

These are the series of Azumanga Daioh/Resident Evil crossovers. Created in my head long before I started writing on it, but I decided to share it with others in April 2009, when I published the first chapter of the first installment.

Description : A silly little oneshot I came up with, wrote, and published all on the same day. After watching the 100th parody of Vince's Slap Chop on Youtube, I got the idea, sorted it out and started writing. Since I'm currently in an Azumanga Daioh craze, it was obvious for me to include some Azu characters into it. It was also something nice to unwind from the relative seriousness of my main project. I had a lot of fun writing it, and my crazy mind got to go all out on this one.

Hotter Than Hell : Tokyo Ablaze

Description : My second long running fanfic. At first, this crossover was shrouded in mystery, as I did not let out which crossover it was. Slowly, the clues became more obvious, and most of you who read it know by now. If you want to find out for yourself, I won't spoil it, so just go read it.

Additional info : I have made a decision on the fate of this story. I'm not going to let it die, thus I'm continuing it. Let that be a word of relief to you guys. However, the next chapter might still be a while, as I'm still having trouble continuing to write on it. Instead, I'm going to redo the first 5 chapters, get rid of the errors and possibly modify or extend them. I'm not doing them from scratch, since I believe the basic outline is good enough. Think of it as a restoration, rather than a rewrite. This process probably won't take that long, and I will upload all of these at the same time. After that, I can continue work on chapter 6.

Description : My second oneshot. I came up with this while playing Unreal Tournament 2004, and I knew from the start that this one was going to be a TomoXKagura fic. Why? What other characters would be playing a game like Unreal? (Well, except for Yukari maybe.) It was also a perfect opportunity to contribute a story around these two, since I believe they do make a great couple, but are widely ignored (There are some more out there, just not enough =p). It's just a quickie, around 3000 words, but I'm quite happy with it. This was sort of a self-challenge. Take something very casual, and make it turn out as a love story. I think I succeeded =p. If you're a UT fan and like the TomoXKagura pairing, you're gonna love this! XD

The Daughter Of Stone

Description : I don't know what to say about this one =p. It's an Azu crossover with Turok, with Sakaki as the main character (because it seemed to be the most interesting choice at the time). Also, it's a parody, poking fun at several things about both franchises (and myself!). This idea might possibly be crap, but worth a shot I guess. When it comes to creating fanfics, I can be as impulsive as the Wildcat Tomo herself XD.

Lasciva Morbida (Morbid Lust)

Description : My fourth long running fic. Inspired by such franchises as Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, Silent Hill, Eternal Darkness, Evil Dead and Shadowman. A horror fic? Yes, but in a completely different vein than Project "Daiohazard". Strongly rated M, no exception, I can't emphasize that enough. I'm not letting anything else out just yet.

Additional info : The prologue is up... It's gonna get ugly from here on.

13. Favorite bands/artists? : Cannibal Corpse, Hypocrisy, DJ Sharpnel, DJ Technorch, Kenta-v.ez., REDALiCE, Cattle Decapitation, Lord Gore, Korpiklaani, Slayer, Metallica, Rompeprop and a large list of more death/grind/black/thrash/folk metal and J-core artists than this profile can handle.

14. Favorite soundtrack : I love listening to the Azumanga soundtrack all the time, but also Resident Evil, Lucky Star, Dragon Ball Z, ShadowMan and many more.

15. Favorite pastimes : Listening to music, gaming, writing, browsing 4chan, making compilation cd's and mixing, growling (yeah, seriously, I practice death grunts!), reading other fanfics...
