Author has written 9 stories for Final Fantasy I-VI, Ouran High School Host Club, Kuroshitsuji, Maid Sama!, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Skip Beat!. Hello random stranger who probably ended up here by accident! So...after about 4 years and some months, I finally felt like updating my profile...yeah, it was a random feeling that just popped up. I've been a member of this site since 2009, and I've only ever written 4 complete stories...and they're all just one-shots at that. When I first joined fanfiction.net, I had it in my head that I was a pretty decent writer, but now that I've actually gone back and read my stuff after a long period...let's just say I've been disillusioned lol. However, I do hope you like the random ideas that popped into my head resulting in one-chapter stories, as I'm still actually quite fond of every one of them myself. I've found I'm more of a reader and that's what I love best about this site, reading other people's stories. But I hope to continue contributing myself, even if it's just in small amounts. What you can expect from me as a writer: Not much. Really, I make no promises. I'm the type of person who gets ideas for a possible story in random spurts. I like to play with the idea in my mind and I sometimes even go so far as to doing research for that idea in order to make it more believable for myself. However, I'm horrible once it comes to writing my ideas down on paper (or typing them onto a google docs document as is more often the case). When I do get the inspiration and motivation to finish a story, it's usually a one-chapter thing. If I do multi-chapters you can expect the chapters to be very short. I love to watch anime and play old, role-playing video games, so most of what I will write will probably be in those areas. I have this plan in my head to do a bunch of one-shots featuring the characters from Final Fantasy VI. As you might be able to tell by my profile name, FF VI is my favorite game EVER. Mostly because it was the first game I ever played and beat all on my own, but also because of the depth of the story and characters. Or maybe I should say, the POTENTIAL depth of the story and characters. On the surface, FF VI is a simple story with simple characters, and since it's a game, you only ever get to see a little bit of back story for each of the characters in the large cast you play with. However, that little bit is all someone like me needs. It was just enough to wet my appetite and make me wonder...what if? Since we never completely know the true extent of a character's story just from the game, FF VI is rich, fertile ground for the imagination and therefore, for fanfiction. There are so many little scenes in the game that I would love to expand upon, so you can expect a lot of FF VI fanfics from me. I also really, really, love crossover stories, no matter how small the crossover. I've written one crossover story so far (It Runs in the Genes!) and it was so much fun, and it got fairly good reception. If I can, I'd like to continue writing things like that, so expect to see another crossover sometime in the future! A little info about me as a person: I am a college student studying full-time and working part-time. I like Math classes and hate English classes, although it used to be the other way around. I'm studying to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. I'm a bookworm. I love to read REAL books with lovely hard covers, and feel the pages between my fingers while I inhale that beautiful new (or old) book smell xD I am a Catholic, pro-life, and I support traditional marriage, or rather, the only true marriage there is: the sacramental union between one man and one woman. I like to think of myself as an open-minded individual, and I've been told that I am for the most part. However, being open-minded does not mean I am wishy-washy (is that even a word?). I firmly believe in what the Catholic church teaches, so please don't try to argue with me on anything pertaining to religion or politics. You'd be wasting your time as well as mine. Relativism is stupid. No matter what you may believe, there are absolute truths in life, and the way you feel or think about it won't change fact. I like to keep to myself for the most part and as such, I don't have too many friends. The friends I do have though, I am very close with. I don't hate gays (in case anyone was wondering), I just don't support their lifestyle. I have many gay friends, classmates, co-workers, and acquaintances. They all know my beliefs and where I stand, and we still get along very well, so I hope it will be the same here.
