there's this church up the street from where I live, there's a cemetery there, if you go up there at like, 5-7 in the morning, you can see this person, walking around the graveyard in a black cloak/cape thingy... i swear, it's creepy, because suddenly, sometimes s/he'll disappear into thin air. And it wasn't our imaginations, 'cause we saw it several times, and so did my friend who went with us one time.

it was so incredibly creepy the first time, we almost screamed. o.0

Umm... in your poll, you said you wanted stories from the people that said that they had seen a ghost, right? Well, here's mine.
I was the only one still awake, and I had to pee. So I was walking to the bathroom, when I saw the ghost. (You have to understand the layout of my apartment for this to make sense. The bathroom was right next to the front door, with the larger of the two bedrooms almost directly across from the bathroom. The smaller bedroom, mine, was right next to that.) He was standing at the front door. His clothes were a little old fashioned. I don't mean like eighteen hundreds or anything, just a little... out of date, somehow. He had three bloody holes that went all the way through his chest. He was facing me, but it was like I was invisible. He was looking through me, not at me. It was very strange. He seemed familiar, but I'd never seen him before. I had been able to sense him for as long as I'd lived in that apartment, which had been most of my life. Seeing him was strange, but not startling. I took a step toward him and he disappeared, like he'd never been there. But for the rest of the time I lived there, I could still sense him. And ever since that happened, there was a spattering of blood on the floor and walls near where I had seen him. None of my friends or family ever saw them, and I never brought them up.
I never told this story to my mother and sister. They wouldn't have beleived me, anyway. I'm glad I got a chance to share my experience with someone.
